First and foremost, there have been 45 five-star reviews posted in the past two weeks alone for this location. Either these reviews are fake or PF is incentivizing people to leave positive reviews.
I called to ask about the membership and someone named Anaya picked up but was unsure how to respond. Furthermore, she claimed she was the manager.

Nice, see workers cleaning all the time, like how they "toot" that horn when people are being "unnecessarily loud".

I joined this planet fitness Saturday September 6th 2025. Staff was great and supportive. Until I arrived for my second time at 5:40am Monday Sep 8. I was greeted hostiley by Paul Johnson at the front desk, when I playfully didn't want to take a photo for my membership. He SNAPPED AT ME that it's policy and that he doesn't have time to argue back and fourth with females. I asked was he okay? Why such a strong delivery, and was there anyone else I can speak with. My situation was resolved with another employee, (without taking a picture) calmly. I was teary eyed because it's hard enough to come to the gym but to be spoken to harshly at my second visit was disheartening.

One of the better PF’s I’ve been to. We travel a lot and get to many of these gyms. This one was great. Clean locker rooms and the gym was well organized. Great water pressure in the showers. Very friendly staff. Very nice setup and all the equipment you’d ever need. The staff stopped and chatting with me for a bit which was nice. Plenty of parking as well. Keep of the great work!
