I liked the gym but it is CRAZY cold! Especially the women's locker room. I signed up because it's cold outside and I want to workout where it is comfortable. It's so bad you have to wonder if something is broken. It makes for a really miserable experience. Unfortunately, I won't be able to go here because of the temps, so will most likely need to cancel membership.

Tried this planet fitness and will definitely be back. There is a front desk gentleman with long hair Who greeted everyone with kindness, dealt with My questions (Add my locking everything into my locker And messing up the combination ) with Grace and politeness, treated his coworkers with courtesy and was cleaning nonstop as well as multitasking when his coworkers were picking up the rest of the gym. It definitely created a sense of community that I haven’t seen in the other planet fitness locations. There is obviously great training happening here. Or maybe he IS the manager?
Thumbs up to this location and the team they have working it! Highly recommend.

I didn't think I would be back, but apparently, there is serious legal consequences to providing tanning in a 24 hour period. Even 20 minutes early is forbidden, even though it is clearly the only time i can come to the location, and clearly the only time in a 24 hour period that I visit. I have a set time I can be here before starting my workday, and although I have been able to miraculously hit that perfect 24.01 timeframe for 5 months running, this day is apparently the day to enforce that rule.

This location has been plagued with weird environmental and customer issues that go unaddressed for months. Some good examples are the water heating not kicking in for 10+ minutes (3 months or more, currently corrected) and a current ongoing issue with the locker room being 50 degrees in June. I personally suspect that weird mix of poor management and intentional flaw building to ensure secondary facilities are not used.

I have been witness to account misconfigurations, staff being nowhere to be seen for extreme periods. Other customers monopolizing multiple machines, phenomenal hygienic issues (not on PF, but damn, if someone clears half the building with a high-protein gas dump, they need to be called out). Staff themselves are on a high turnover rate, likely because they are poorly compensated forthe amount of constant cleaning expectations. Cleaning equipment is stored in men's lockerooms, so inevitable awkward encounters occur with lady attendants.

I go late in the day to work out. Not crowded at all. Excellent selection of Clean modern equipment. Only one person on duty at night, but he's very friendly and helpful. The hydromassage is worth the membership upgrade. It's excellent for finishing up after a workout. Well worth the membership cost.

Amazing gym! Been to many different gyms over the years including other Planet Fitness locations. It is the cleanest and best maintained gym. Staff is invested in members. Managers have each been excellent, which leads to a loss to the gym due to subsequent promotion. Somehow, each new manager finds ways to provide even better experiences for the members.

I love coming to the gym here. It’s always clean and there are friendly and helpful staff. I have NEVER liked going to the gym before because of my own self confidence; I’m still a little nervous but I love how no one pays attention to me directly or that I feel no judgement whatsoever coming from others also at the gym. It’s a warm and welcoming environment. Encouraging people to get healthy. The HydroLounges are pretty spectacular as well! I wish I had one closer to home that was this nice! This location seems to have an ongoing issue with members who don’t know how to properly use the restroom. Nearly every day, I visit and find feces smeared on the toilet seats. This is not only unhygienic but also shows a lack of basic courtesy.

Perhaps this location should consider putting up clear signage reminding members to clean up after themselves or even require members to watch a brief instructional video on restroom etiquette and common courtesy. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the experience for everyone.
