This place I have always loved until recently and I’m very disappointed that I even have to say this but no actions are being taken to change this. The manager there David and other coworkers are snorting drugs in the bathroom I’m not sure what kind, and the police say they are looking into it but claim “they were just joking” this is unacceptable especially in an environment where teenagers just like me go to work out this place should be put out of business because of this. they aren’t even firing him or doing anything about it. We have filed reports and just to mind you this has been a thing that has accrued multiple times in one week I don’t even feel comfortable to ever go there again and support there business. There are people who go there to recover from there problems and to just better themselves but how can anyone do so when the workers who are supposed to maintain a safe place make it the most unsafe place. I don’t care if it was a joke but to me this has happened multiple times of them being caught and reported and nothing has happened at all it doesn’t seem like a joke to me and we have photo evidence but nothing is being done. It’s a joke if it happens once but catching them snorting three times now come on even I understand that is not a joke and I’m only a teenager. This is pure disgusting behavior especially in a place about fitness where people go to better themselves not to be around drugs. I hope this raises awareness and I hope the manager David loses his job you have ruined a lot of people life’s with what you were doing in the bathroom and it just makes me concerned for his own health. How do you work at a gym and do drugs? Please make it make sense to me. I called and tried to ask and David hung up and turned the phone off and said he was being harassed and called the police. The police even took his side. This is disturbing and disappointing because every time we’re there I have thought he was on something because he is a very jittery man and he looks like he is on something so this just proves my point and the police waiting to check everything out just gave him time to clean his tracks this is so disgusting and I feel oconomowoc as a community needs to have more attention brought up about this because this is just horrific. But real question when has snorting pre work out like they claim has ever been a thing. And there was the smell of drugs in the bathroom so all of this is just very very dangerous and inappropriate and horrific to be happening especially in a gym. judgement free doesn’t give you the right to snort drugs in the bathroom David.

Honestly one of the best planet fitnesses I’ve been to. Exceptional customer service, especially with David & Katie. They were friendly from the second that I stepped in the door and just such nice people. On top of that, the place is super clean! I went at night and saw them cleaning multiple times. The machines are pretty good, people are pretty focused there working out, and I found it an easy and welcoming environment to workout in. Lots of parking too and some food nearby if you need to eat after the gym.

I've been to many PFs in different states and this one is by far the cleanest and best maintained. Tyler is always friendly, professional and positive. He's constantly cleaning and greets all the guests.
I workout early in the morning and the place is always spotless. Tyler is a great representation of the company and if he ever left PF, I would hire him onto my staff in a minute!

I enjoy working out at the Oconomowoc Plantet Fitness. The staff does a great job of greeting everyone and keeping the facility clean. It is motivating to be surrounded by people who share the same goal of trying to stay in shape and live a healthy lifestyle. My overall fitness level has improved over the last seven months of consistant workouts. It is truly a no judgement zone.

Made a clear and honest statement towards an employee at the desk. Concerning about what had just happened to me. I was using a Stan up tanning bed when another woman walked in to the room I was currently using. I locked the door took all of my clothes off and was just getting in the tanning booth.When she walked in, she stated that the desk told her there was no one using this room and that’s when I I got completely dressed and when to the desk. I spoke to a female and explained what had just happened. All the female employee said to me was “ I thought you were done “ !! I didn’t even start my tanning and the bed was running for the time I had selected ! And why the door does not lock when you lock it from the inside?? Needless to say about 2 weeks after this occurrence a woman called me about me giving a bad review and told me that she understood what had happened but that she personally would give me merchandise and anything else I would like IF I WOULD CHANGE MY REVIEW to give them a perfect rating. I went in the next day and nobody wanted to listen to me nor had a gym bag waiting for me with what was promised to me.

I really enjoy planet fitness. The only issue I really have is that so many people tie up a machine while they're looking at their phone, I'm not talking about a glance. I'm talking about, they sit on the machine for an extended period time. Not working out and looking at their phone I think it's very rude. And it happens quite often. Someone needs to say something to these people from planet fitness. It would be a good idea for planet fitness to post signs about not using your phone while working out on the machines. That is really my only issue. It's very clean, very nice, and I enjoy the facility.

I recently called Planet Fitness because my usual gym, the Y, was closed for maintenance. Over the phone, they assured me that I could come in and use their facilities. I drove all the way there, only to be rudely denied entry upon arrival. The staff were completely unprofessional and unapologetic, leaving me stranded without a workout option. This was a complete waste of my time and gas. I wouldn't recommend Planet Fitness to anyone. Their lack of organization and disrespectful treatment of potential customers is absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Found discounted $17 Y membership nearby, low income based (Y at Pabst Farms--amazing place, good community). This Planet Fitness turned out to have ironically judgmental, bizarre policies, regionally too, after regularly attending for 5 years (until 2022). This location was moved into a nearby space with much more room for equipment, and many new pieces. Love the vibe, very seldom have to wait to get on anything, and generally see the same folks. No hassles, just doing your own thing.

This is easily one of my favorite planet fitness locations. The staff consists of some of the nicest people, and the equipment is always very clean. Additionally, all the gym members have really good gym etiquette compared to other locations. The treadmills are not my favorite model, but they’re still pretty good.

The staff is always very friendly, greeting and wishing me a good day. I love the amount of machines that you have so I'm never too worried about finding a treadmill. And your app that shows how busy you are is the bomb! It's nice to know what I'm walking into.
Update: I've removed one star because their Wi-Fi there is awful! Spotty at best, my music takes twice as long to play, videos interrupted very frustrating! No I'm not an IT person but your staff informed me all your routers are in the same room? Wouldn't it be better to put some everywhere around the building because I know in my own home if I get too far away I lose my signal. And yes I'm aware of what the building is made of that causes a lot of this problem I have that in my own home. Please do something because I Rely Upon that to help me get through my workout!

I frequently visit this location as a Black Card Member when I’m in the area. My only constructive criticism is that I’ve seen some equipment with error messages preventing the ability to use them. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area and to use the red light therapy machines and massage chairs as they’re a great way to end your workout!

Manager John is rude.. say good morning, smile make me feel welcome coming here… & Please hire people that are certified or want to be certified trainers so there’s an available training schedule. What’s the point of having a black card for this home gym but can’t have all the amenities like a training schedule or trainers at all… Please hire qualified people for, Black Card holders. If we don’t have Covid protocol (there was a trainer Bryant post Covid) so explain to me where are the trainers.. have an internship for kids in h.s or college wanting to become PT? Also, what happened to Mothly Pizza Night and the Monthly Morning Coffee and Bagels? We have to have a standard of excellence at this PF where a ton of well off people in the WI area come to get better. Help us help you. Went here for almost 3 years, paused for 2 months when i went to college, when I returned I found they increased the price to 13$ and would charge me 40$ to renew my membership as a 'startup fee' as well as the 50$ annual fee. The staff are friendly and the place is clean, but they lack freeweights and the price no longer justifies my going there. very bummed out, loved this place.

I come to PF 5X a week. Clean facility - I would like to see the overnight person during the middle of the week be out at the desk more so a person could take advantage of having the black card and actually use the amenities. I have waited and waited on days with no luck so just leave. I am not sure where the person working goes but cannot ever find them. And again I am standing at the front desk with no employee to assist me. Do better!!!!

I love the gym that's near me! It's super clean and even during busy times there's enough equipment for everyone! The water massage chairs are amazing to use after a long workout as well. I've never had any issues whatsoever! My only recommendation for staff would be to PLEASE tell your members when the tanning beds have had new bulbs put in!! New bulbs are very intense and can burn badly. Even an experienced tanner needs to cut their time in half to not burn. I've been burnt twice because of this! Had I known there were new bulbs I would have asked for a different bed.
