This is a great gym. I left my previous one, and I'm so glad I came here. The machines are actually well maintained. There is plenty to work with for strength training with machines and free weights. The massage chairs and the infrared tower with vibration plate is the cherry on top! The staff is friendly every time I come here. It feels like home.

This location is well maintained and kept clean. Some PF locations show their wear n tear and don't keep up with cleaning. This location does and members wipe down the equipment after use. Busy at times, but never overcrowded. With the BlackCard membership, you have nationwide access to PF gyms and can see how they vary. I appreciate this Plover location.

This place is immaculate clean spacious. Showers were just like at home it's like Mom lives here. Bradley was very helpful I am a truck driver and he said that I can park in the front of the lot. That means a lot to a trucker thanks again Bradley

I've been coming to this gym for about 3 years at the time of writing this edit. Staff are almost always friendly, the atmosphere is great, and I never have trouble finding a machine for whichever day I'm on even when the gym is busy.

Went to work out at this Planet Fitness but the employees that were on duty did not even know how to program the lockers how to use the equipment and were not interested in helping me out very bad customer service just want to let the manager know and please report because you pay for a membership you should provide good customer service

Hopefully your calls are reviewable. I called in with a question about my membership and was met with hostility and rudeness. They said their name was Akilha and that they were the manager on staff. I asked why they were speaking to me so rudely and was told because “they’re cleaning a tanning bed”.

I have been coming to this gym consistently for the past 2 years. This is by far the most affordable gym in town and provides tremendous value for the price. The people who come here/staff are always super friendly. The equipment/locker room is always super clean. Also, all of the cardio machines have been upgraded within the last month. If you enjoy machines they also have a great selection to choose from. If you enjoy free weights/cable machines they also have that. I have never had a bad experience at this gym. Overall, if you are a beginner or on a budget, I highly recommend it. Easily 5 stars by the value alone!
