Just started going this week. It’s been a while since I’ve belonged to a gym. I was nervous but it really is a judgment free gym. Nice people, helpful and friendly staff, VERY CLEAN! The spa for black card members is awesome as well! Gotta get a hydro message after every workout. $10/m for basic and $24/m for black card, so variety for everyone. Love it.

This one is MUCH cleaner than other local ones and I appreciate the seeing the staff regularly cleaning. It’s a bit on the small side and evenings can be rough to find a space to even put a mat down, but otherwise very happy with this location. The staff have all been friendly as well.

We moved back to town recently. I had stopped going to the PF in our last town because the staff gave zero s***s about the patrons. 1/2 the time you couldn’t even find staff to get you into the tanning booths.
My teenager is super self aware and wanted to keep active this summer. I called the PF here to figure out what kind of plan is best. The guy on the phone was beyond helpful and figured out exactly what would work best for us.
Couple weeks in my daughter had an issue and the front desk was so friendly and supportive. For our family it’s not just about being treated kindly, it’s about feeling safe and glad to interact with people after years of dealing with bizarre small town politics.
Im especially thankful for the summer program they have allowing teens to use the gym. My daughter just lost everything she knows and needs to feel active and know she’s welcome hear. I hope the owner knows how great his/her staff is here.

Since returning back to Milwaukee from Virginia, I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are what makes the difference here, They are very friendly and personable and make you feel welcome and they keep things clean at the club and are responsive to service requests. It is generally not crowded even during peak hours at other locations. It is not the biggest locations, but it is one of the better locations in regards to quality.
