Royal and the team at Power MKE have a great program . Balance of cardio, strength and flexibility in small groups that allow the instructors to teach not just manage. Workouts are changed daily with a variety of equipment and tiered so all levels can be challenged.

Power is by far my favorite gym. I have tried many types of workouts (spin, barre, free form strength classes, yoga, etc.) but nothing gets my heart rate up like boot camps at Power. The trainers are excellent and knowledgeable. I have never had the same workout twice because the trainers are constantly updating and switching up target muscle groups and different workouts, including new combinations of movements. The workouts are customizable for all experience levels and modifications are welcome. The results are amazing, I definitely feel like I see a difference after a few classes. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was pretty excited to try this class but wasnβt sure what to expect. The class is just 12 intervals that any gym would have. The teacher wrote on a board and assigned everyone 45 second integrals then 15 seconds to move to the next station. She cut the last one short for some reason and when class was announced over we had ended it 6 minutes early for some reason?
I guess my overall thought is - If youβre going to make people pay for a fitness class that they could do at their own gym completely on their own, then the teacher should be more engaged. We had a lady instructor who barely spoke and just stood by the speaker the entire time stopping and starting music. I would expect her to be encouraging us to push harder, do more weights, correct my form, etc. anything!!!

Since moving to a new location we have a larger space and more equipment for a variety of workouts. The energy is great! Not enough space or equipment for bootcamp class. Hardly broke a sweat. Would not recommend or return.
