The owner, Cassie, is so incredibly helpful and friendly. Even as a beginner to Yoga, I felt comfortable and at ease. The studio itself is GORGEOUS.

My first experience with yoga was at Prairie Fire Yoga, and it was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I stepped into the entryway, I felt as if I had been transported to a serene vacation retreat. The ambiance was calming and welcoming.
The class itself was incredibly enlightening. The instructor’s guidance was clear and supportive, making it easy to follow along even as a beginner. I learned so much during the session and felt a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation afterwards. Prairie Fire Yoga is truly a sanctuary for the body and mind, and I can't wait for my next class!

Just getting around to writing this but wanted to put it out there so others don't have the same experience. I booked a class when I was in Madison for a few days, but I showed up 5 minutes late. I was new to the area and didn't know my way around, which is why I was late. The doors were locked and there was nobody around to open the door to let me in. I stayed outside for 20 minutes hoping I would catch someone, and I called several times, but eventually left because nobody was coming. I reached out and asked for a refund because I didn't get to go to the class and there was NO way I would have known the doors would be locked immediately after class started. I was given a credit to rebook, but when I explained that I was from out of town and could not go to a different class because I would not have time before I left, Lori did not care enough to respond to my email. Not the sort of friendly or kind personalities I have previously encountered in the yoga community and thus not a studio I would recommend. If you do book, make sure you aren't late for any reason!

Couldn't have a higher recommendation for this place. Even as a beginner and newcomer they made me feel right at home. The studio is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The owners and instructors are incredible people--kind, welcoming, encouraging, and make you want to do your best every class. The hot yoga is amazing, and you will absolutely feel the heat and humidity (which I love)! A part of me wants this place to be a secret, but the better part of me knows they deserve the praise and great reviews, and all of the Yogi’s out there deserve to know about this place. Their style is something special and I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled across it.

This place is amazing! Beginning last February, I had never done yoga before in my life. I am a very fit person. I enjoy running, biking and lifting weights. Suffering from various running and lifting injuries, my sports medicine doctor suggested I try something a bit gentler on my body. :)
This studio is so inviting! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Being a beginning I was intimidated, but the instructors are wonderful about explaining the movements and poses. I would recommend this Yoga Studio to everyone! Young, Old, Female, Male...
