Have been with this studio for 8years. The wealth of knowledge that you gain through your practice is amazing. The staff is nothing short of professional, polite, friendly and encouraging. LOVE the studio.

If this place truly had a “no mean girls” policy it would be shut down. Do not recommend!

For 26 years I lived with chronic sciatica. I saw countless doctors, physical therapists, and fitness experts, but nothing worked. Eventually, I resigned myself to a life of pain. One day, completely overwhelmed and encouraged by my son to do something, I called Shari in tears to see if she could help. At that point, the pain had taken over my life - I walked with a waddle and relied on ibuprofen (and maybe a few glasses of wine) just to get through the day.
Finding Prajna changed everything. Today, I’m pain-free. I walk normally, without discomfort, and I’ve discovered a studio where I feel both supported and challenged. I’ve been to many fitness studios over the years, but Prajna is truly special. Shari is, without question, the most intelligent and knowledgeable fitness expert I’ve ever met. Thanks to her, I have my life back.
Prajna is proof that you’re never too old to invest in yourself - and the rewards are life-changing.

The best in town. Most people who review these places have only gone to one or two studios in the area. I've gone to the free yogas in the parks, lattitude 44, the yoga room, sky yoga, the one up by cherry berry, and what is offered at the ymca. In the wider region I've gone to Root Down in La Crosse, and one in Oshkosh I forget. I've done some yoga asanas in the army, did yoga at two different studios in Cairo, Egypt; and yoga in Varanasi, India. Sheri's studio is a must visit. They're all great, but I'd encourage folks to float around.
