My partner and I have been working out with Colin for 3 months. We have very different needs and goals and he's been able to account for those different goals within the same sessions. My partner is an ex-athlete who has suffered many injuries (e.g., tears of ACL, labrum, rotator cuff, and radial ablation in back). Despite this history, Colin has him hitting big lifts (300 & 400lbs +) safely and without injury. He's building tons of muscle and losing fat. This is in line with many other reviews Colin has - he's great at helping men! However, I think what makes Colin special is his ability and eagerness to learn how to help anyone. I'm a woman in my mid 30s and have been going through years of brutal fertility treatments. My hormones make normal weight loss + muscle gain more difficult and some days I just feel terrible. Not only have I seen massive success - hitting many PRs - but he's been willing to tailor my workouts to how I'm feeling and learn more about different supplements and things that may help as I continue my journey. As of last night, I'm down a pants size which is hard to do generally - but almost unheard of in the fertility landscape! I'd trust him to adjust and work with any set of circumstances for any particular client - if he doesn't know something, he will learn! As a woman, I feel safe with Colin and like my health and fitness is in good hands!

It had been many years since I had time to exercise, having a family, working full time and attending events for my children along with other commitments. To say that I was intimidated to start up an exercise program was an understatement. I took a chance and started training with Colin and I can tell you that I have not been disappointed! He has tailored the training to my level and I feel so much better and stronger! He works with my crazy schedule as well. I have started to make my health a priority again. He has introduced me to new exercises and made sure my form has been correct, so I do not injure myself! He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate all of the time he puts into tailoring exercises for someone, like myself, to get back into taking care of my health! He is always positive! You will not be disappointed having him for a trainer! He trains all fitness levels from the most fit to those just starting. I look forward to the progress he will help me make in the years to come!

Colin’s not just a strength coach — he’s a fighter himself, a titleholder who knows what it takes to perform at a high level inside the cage. Every workout we do is built around MMA performance — explosiveness, power, endurance, recovery — all tailored to the fight game.
Before training with him, I had no real strength training background other than calisthenics. So to finally have this kind of structure and coaching behind me, it’s got me excited to see how far I can take my career now that I’m building real strength on top of everything else.

I had the pleasure of working with Colin when I was just starting my fitness journey. He curated my workouts with just the right amount of challenge, enough to push me but never so much that I couldn’t stay committed. His communication and planning were excellent, and he made sure I held myself accountable while also making me feel like more than just a number or a paycheck.
When you’re looking for a trainer, you want someone who will push you, keep you accountable, and help you feel your best. That’s exactly the kind of trainer Colin is. It’s been fantastic having Colin plan these workouts! He’s taken the stress out of going to the gym and makes it easier to get there.
Colin has also been able to tailor my exercises to my specific needs as a jujitsu athlete which is amazing!

Colin did a total overhaul on my training routine and helped me to break past plateaus that had been holding me down in my training for a year and keeping me from progressing. I was able to easily and seemlessly transfer the things he taught me over into my blue collar work at the time, keeping myself from injuries on the job while increasing my strength, mobility, and stamina on the job. Couldn't be happier with the end goal and I'd recommend PRIML to anyone trying to get stronger, faster, more resilient, and to fighters and blue collar workers and first responders. He is knowledgeable, personable, and always knows what to do when you come to him with questions. 10/10!

I highly recommend them!
PrimlTraining has been the push I needed. After pregnancy and schedule changes, I struggled to stay consistent with fitness. Before pregnancy and while working 3rd shift, I was seeing great results with my own workouts, but I was spending about two hours in the gym, at least five days a week. It was fun and that worked for me then, but life has changed, and that routine no longer fits.
Coach Colin is easy to work with, he understands your unique needs and builds a plan tailored to your lifestyle. He challenges you to reach your goals and beyond, but he does it in a way that’s realistic and sustainable. He’s flexible, and the results speak for themselves. He will make sure you reach your goals.
I am glad I decided to work with him. It has been the best investment I've made this year.

I’ve been training with Collin for about 5 months now. When I first started I had bad self inflicted shoulder pain when benching. My form was horrible. Collin helped me correct my form and bench press correctly. My shoulder pain eventually subsided. I’ve hit new PRs I’ve never hit before. Collin is a good dude outside of the gym and smart inside of the gym. Highly recommend training with Collin regardless of what your fitness goals are, he will add to your progress.
