I LOVE THE GYM . I love the sense of community there is at this gym, everyone feels like a team, my dad has been taking me here even when I was in the kids club. I got a membership as soon as I turned 12 and this month is my one year anniversary!! my favorite gym. another note is you can join free classes like pilates or yoga and I appreciate that!!🔥🔥🔥

Don't leave your towels or toiletries out in the locker room or shower or you risk getting them stolen. Has happened to me twice. Hot tub needs to stay on longer than 18 minutes because 98 percent of the people who use it DAILY come in after you and never hit the timer to keep it going. So many inconsiderate members here. They even have to post signs telling members not to sit on equipment and scroll on their phones, a reason i stopped working out there.

I absolutely love the Princeton club. I've been able to use all the amenities to keep my body, healthy, and rehab from a motorcycle injury. The steam room and sauna and bathrooms are always clean. I appreciate the staff who keeps the facilities.

It is in a good location. The staff work hard to welcome, respond to requests and constantly work to keep everything clean. The water classes are great all body workout with a variety instructors, and music. The trainers are very customer focused and helpful. The membership options are varried too.

Please point out a staff member, trainer, or club member that looks like they actually take care of their body and go to the gym. Nobody looks like the magazines other than the big and tall magazines. Quick hint, nutrition is more important. anyone hear of an apple?? Princeton club just keep lying that pounding 50 year half life whey into our veins is the best nutrition. Ha clueless

After posting my original review, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner of Princeton Club East, who was kind enough to reach out personally. He clarified that each Princeton Club location operates as a franchise, which means policies, like Kids Club scheduling, can vary slightly from location to location.

At Princeton Club East, they intentionally don’t require reservations for Kids Club because they view scheduling as one more hurdle for busy parents. Their goal is to make childcare easier to access, not harder, which I do appreciate. I also learned that all Princeton Club locations (including East) have a maximum cap of 45 children in the Kids Club, which was something I hadn’t been informed of during my initial sign-up. Personally, that still feels like a high number, but I understand the policy better now.

With that said, I want to reiterate how much I love Princeton Club overall. The facilities are excellent, the classes are great, and the staff has always been kind and helpful. When I was pregnant last year and unable to attend the gym, the membership team was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth during a tough time, something I’ll always be grateful for.

While I still believe the Kids Club could benefit a well known health policy for children/parents and from more structure or communication around staffing and ratios, especially during peak times, I feel reassured after speaking with the owner that member concerns are heard and taken seriously. The conversation showed a willingness to listen and improve, and that means a lot.

So while I originally rated my experience lower due to Kids Club concerns, I’m updating this to 4 stars because of the care, transparency, and overall quality Princeton Club provides. I’m hopeful they’ll continue to evaluate how Kids Club operates to ensure it’s as safe and supportive as the rest of the gym experience.

THEY DONT CARE ABOUT LONGTIME CUSTOMERS!

Recently traveled outside of the country for a funeral and my bank account got hacked so I had to shut it down until I got back to the states, during that time I incurred $25 late fee that I asked if they could waive it due to my circumstances, and they refused to understand my situation and insisted due to some policy they have instead of understanding the situation of their customers. Ive paid these guys over $1300 for the past 2 years and they're about to lose a customer over $25, seems like a great business model. These guys don't care about their customers they only want your money. Extremely disappointed in how they treat their longtime customers.

Staff was very welcoming and facility was very clean. The thing that really showed how much they care is when my friend dislocated his shoulder during a basketball game. The PT took care of him quickly and was thorough with the rehab protocol.

Thank you PC for allowing our team to get together at the Eastside location, we had a great time training, one of my guys dislocated his shoulder and thankfully there is a physical therapist office right on property. I have been extremely frustrated with the helpfulness of the Princeton club staff over the last few years. After moving from the west side to the east side I have reached out to them multiple times asking them to send me email updates and closures about the east side, but I still continue to only get updates on the west side. They also don't post all of their special events on the website, so I can't know about things like court closures unless I call before I go. They post the closure only a week ahead of time by the front desk which doesn't always fit in my schedule. In addition there have been multiple times I have been told the courts would be open at a certain time after an event the previous night only to drive to the gym and find it is still closed. This happened again this morning. I called at 630 am and they told me it would be open at 730, 8 at the latest. I arrived to be told it wouldn't be until at least 1030, so now I can't do my planned work out and have wasted part of my morning again. The front desk staff told me that nobody else is available for me to talk to about my concerns and that she is the only one there. I have spoken to east side management in the past and they have told me I can't cancel since I enrolled at west side and thus need to talk to them. West side tells me I can't cancel unless I have a medical reason and that they are sending me their updates via email. Very poor coordination for what is supposed to be a shared membership, that was supposed to be part of the value of the membership. I will be calling again to see if I can cancel after this latest occurrence. Beyond frustrated.

I’ve been coming to this gym for the last 6 months. He was visiting from out of state because he wanted to check out the area and potentially move here. Anyway the guest passes are only for local residents. I guess it’s there on the fine print but I was really looking forward to having a great work out in the gym I frequent with my brother who I only get to see less than a few days out of the year. I guess that’s not possible. What’s the point of guest passes then. Honestly considering canceling my membership soon for both my fiancé and I. I’ll be looking into other gyms

This is the gym where beginners belong. Amateurs. Freshmen who ride the bench on the JV squad. And even if you ever try to get on my level you will be crushed by the weight of the weights. Don’t try it at home and don’t try it at this dirty, cheap equipment gym. How dare the Owner ban me for lifting “too heavy” at a gym. What a disgrace!

Original: Great facility! Main gym floor is clean and always usable. The hardwood floor gym is nice and the classrooms are nice. Pool area is well kept and water is clean. I give it 4 stars because some machines are starting to wear out and haven't been replaced yet. There are new machines at the club but also a good mix of worn out and older machines. If all the machines would be updated I would give it a 5 star rating. Overall, great gym!

Not sure why this gets 5 stars. Pool is gross. Had to walk around maintenance in various parts, including workmen in women’s locker room (staff was instructing elderly women to use the toilets in stalls next to a male worker fixing the toilet in the next stall mid-day which was making them uncomfortable and turned people away from their workout because they couldn’t shower…just fix it during off hours). Sauna is gross - 20 something hairy sweaty bros that smell like horrible BO fully lie down in there after working out. Stick to Fitchburg or West.

The gym itself is good. But unfortunately I have to give this gym only 2 stars because of the lady with red hair who works behind the desk. Has absolutely the worst and most sarcastic attitude almost every time I go there. And I’m not the only one who feels this way. Today, for example, I forgot that they force you to give up your keys or your drivers license just to get a towel (west side doesn’t do this) and the red hair lady immediately got sassy with me. I tried to spark up a conversation to break the tension with her and she completely ignored me!! I will not be going back unless I have to, I’ve been going to the west side and Jo is a perfect example of how a front desk receptionist should be! Membership price is steep, the least they could do is hire a nice front desk person!!!
