Membership cancellation has been a headache and the least professional experience with a gym I’ve ever had. Email confirmed that my
Membership has been cancelled yet they still want to charge my card months later. Sent new emails explaining this and no response back now. Confirmed in July stil being charged in September…..

The best gym in the area, hands down! If you need a large assortment of equipment (and I mean large, there are multiples of nearly everything), a clean gym and spacious gym, and want to be part of an amazing gym culture, this is the place to be! They have really nice showers and bathrooms. You can upgrade your membership with tanning, sauna, and polar plunge amenities, too! They have a jiu jitsu studio and fitness studio located all in the same building as well! To top it off, the gym members are so nice, helpful, and welcoming!

Be careful canceling your membership. I had a 2 person
family membership that we ended in May that im STILL getting charged for monthly. Only help we got from the owner was to dispute with the bank because the old company he worked with was hacked and he has no control over the funds at this point. Which we did today as well as file a claim that we aren't getting services we are paying for. The gym itself was okay and has equipment you need for basic weight lifting but is moving farther away from where we are located. Happy to up the review if the owner actually does something other than say it's out of his hands.

Edit: after trying to resolve this and the owner stating i would receive my refund. He is now disputing the chargeback(how? if the person collecting the money on his old account was hacked and he had no control over it? Weird all of a sudden there is control over where this money has gone) but only for August? when i cancelled in may? His lack of reading an email to cancel both members on a family plan has gone this far! At every point of trying to find a resolution Nick just provided excuses instead of admitting he didnt fully read the first email sent that stated clearly that "if he needed any additional info dont hesitate to contact us". Claiming to be "the elite gym in the midwest" and having this kind of management etiquette is atrocious!

I've been coming here for a few months. People have always been friendly and there's a good variety of exercise equipment and is 24 hours. They are allegedly moving locations and adding more luxurious things so I look forward to seeing how it looks.

Such a great gym! Has a lot of great equipment. I love how they have specific bars for squat, deadlift, and bench! For only $10 to visit it is not bad if you are just visiting!

Easily the best gym in Lake Geneva and soon Southern Wisconsin. Nick keeps getting more stuff, better staff and keeps improving almost monthly. This is a GYM, not a health club. If you're into building strength, muscle, and becoming healthier this it the place to go. Not a coffee house gym

PVM has its own community depending on which times you frequent. If you go at the same time every day, you will befriend those doing the exact same thing. Members consistently assist each other when someone needs help. While none of the equipment is new, there is an excellent variety of machines and free weights. Furthermore, the selection is barbells is second to none compared to any non-specialty gym I have ever attended.

The owners resolve issues quickly and can be reached via phone, email, text, Facebook Messenger, or Facebook/Instagram post. Because they train there too and have experienced the indifference of large chains, the type of customer service you will receive is personalized and thorough.
