Kristof has such a fresh perspective on the important of taking care yourself, specifically through CrossFit! I’ve been training with PTL for a little over a year. Not only have I seen changes physically, but I’ve seen them mentally too! I started CrossFit with no experience and never once felt like I didn’t belong. The workouts are challenging, fun and scaleable when needed! Kristof is incredibly patient and genuinely wants to see everyone succeed. He continues to push me to be the strongest version of myself. Forever grateful for PTL and everything it’s shown me about myself and what I’m capable of!
