QuickHIT Fitness Labs is private exercise facility that utilizes a one-of-a-kind, medical-grade resistance machine alongside experienced personal trainers to deliver real results, real fast. Our sessions are extremely efficient, fast, and most importantly: safe for all ages and fitness levels. In addition to our extremely effective exercise sessions, we also provide each of our valued clients with the remaining pillars of fitness success: nutrition and accountability. If you are looking for a full body workout but don't have a lot of time, this is it. I was skeptical but after my first session I was convinced. Matt does a great job at keeping me encouraged to do more and I get that awesome yet horrible spent feeling when I'm done each time. I highly recommend this.

Quickhit has been great for me. I am not good at working out. I need to build muscle due to osteoporosis. This is the perfect place for that. Chris at the Blaine Minnesota location is fantastic. Keeps me on track and pushes me to excel even when I don’t want to.

I’m not a fan of gyms, so QuickHit is perfect for me. Even with my crazy schedule, I can fit in a 20 minute workout. The appointments are one-on-one and so encouraging! I don’t have to think about anything — the trainers select the exercises I need and help me with form. I’ve lost weight, toned up, and I feel so much better. No more chronic neck and shoulder pain. I recommend the 4 session introductory package. It’s a great way to check it out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Quickhit! My trainer is extremely supportive and helpful with my nutrition and workouts. Ana makes my training fun ( yes I said fun!) she is my biggest cheerleader. She is always encouraging me, even when I’m not in a training session. I only wish I knew about Quickhit sooner!

Have tried for many years to get in shape and always seem to not have the time to stay consistent. With QuickHit Fitness only being 20 minutes two times a week, I am building some very good strength. This is very different than lifting weights. The best way I can describe it is that the QuickHit Fitness method builds your strength from the inside out where weight training seems to build your strength from the outside in and soreness none of us likento much. I joined QH in January, '22. I have never enjoyed an exercise program like this QH. Steve T, at White Bear Lake's location is zn encouraging young man, has helped me become a healthier version of myself. It is a convenient location, the program is amazing. I am almost 78 years old, this is the 1st time I am seeing good, lasting results. I joined for 18 months, hopefully to make this a lifestyle event for the years I have left. Don’t be fooled in thinking the 20 minute workout isn’t much of a workout…it definitely is!! The program is worth it. The trainers, Miranda and Sidney are great! They cater your workout to fit your needs and will answer any questions you have during the workout. The weight may not come off fast but the body fat loss, muscle build up, and weight distribution happens within the first six weeks!

I am 52 and felt weight creeping up due to age and hormones, I wanted to change it so I tried Quickhit spring lake. I just finished my 50th workout and feel better, lost inches and pounds and getting stronger each session!
