All the trainers I have worked with are so positive and they make my workouts great. Even when I don't think I can continue and feel like I want to quit, the encouragement makes me push harder. This is a wonderful place to workout! I leave every workout so tired but so energized! Signing up with QuitHIT is best thing I have done in a long time for myself as a single mom. I would recommend them to everyone.

Love the quick, convenient workout with visible results. Have been working out with Ken since November and am very happy with my increase in strength and muscle tone. 20 minutes once or twice a week with convenient hours make it easy to fit into my schedule and keep it consistent.

Very expensive, my muscles couldn't really contract all that well with the limited range of motion, experienced lifters should steer clear from this place and inexperienced health and fitness hopefuls watch out for the upselling cookie cutter workout plans and supplements.
