Nutrition - Exercise - Community
We teach healthy NUTRITION habits.
Knowing what's healthy isn't enough, EX: You know that broccoli is great for you. It's helping you eat it on a weekly basis that's important, and that's what we focus on.
We coach half hour Group EXERCISE Sessions.
These sessions are designed to help you lose fat and gain strength/endurance.
They are also designed to be challenging and yet still FUN, because we believe that if it's fun then you're going to stick with it.
We coach 13y/o and UP.
We focus on building a COMMUNITY.

My husband and I went to check out Rage; we spoke with Todd and instantly knew this was a community we wanted to be part of. I am blown away by the friendliness, openess and inclusive nature of Rage. We are going back tomorrow! Highly recommend!

Todd really understands what it means to help people transform their lives. Other gyms and trainers I've talked to have a cookie cutter mold of programs, while Todd is the opposite. He tailors everything to your specific body, needs, and goals.
The gym is spacious with a great group dynamic, clean, and promotes a positive environment.
If anyone's looking to start back in a gym, this is definitely the place to go.
