He was very good at being motivating without just yelling or being aggressive; was able to get me to a point where I feel ready to ship out the BMT in just a few weeks through both sessions with him and instructions for in-between sessions. I would definitely recommend

It's been several years since I was a client of Ben's but I felt the need to leave this review because he's the absolute best. Have worked with several others but Ben set the bar too high. He got me in the best shape of my life and made me feel like I was hanging out with an old friend the whole time. Despite being from Wisconsin, you too can look really fit!

Ben is fantastic and knows his stuff whether you're just starting working out and don't know what you're doing or you're experienced. Specifically works 1 on 1 (or couples) in his own gym. Definitely is not one of those trainers that's going to be yelling at you

I started with Ben using a groupon. I wanted to be able to develop a plan to come in once a week with basic "homework" for the rest of the week. I am not new to lifting and actually have a decent education in exercise science. I have a hard time with trainers who are set on one type of training and who don't listen to their clients. I wanted help with form for a power lifting competition in the future. Ben has helped a lot with form and function and is knowledgeable with up to date information, which I really appreciate. I have been going once a week for the last few months and so glad I have taken the time to do this. His sessions are a half hour and its the perfect time. I can get in a major lift and some complimentary exercises in without feeling destroyed the rest of the week. I highly recommend training with Ben individually or as a small group. Thanks Ben!
