I wish I could give zero stars. This woman rented space from me to host puppy yoga. She collects money from the clients and then didn't pay the business rent correctly. When addressed the issue with her she was rude, lied, blame shifted, and now used the space and is refusing to pay. I warn anyone considering doing business with her should definitely run the other way.

Am totally enjoying my appointments with Mel. We are focusing on balance, flexibility & incorporating yoga to improve my overall physical mode. We incorporate meditation into the studio time, all of which is new to me. It's a great way for me to take Me-time. I enjoy the one on one so we can focus on what i need & requested. Thank you Mel!

I have been looking for a private yoga instructor and I found the perfect match for me! Mel is wonderful! I have had no yoga experience and I am eager to learn. I have left my appointments feeling inspired and refreshed. I have not felt intimidated by not knowing what I am doing. Mel takes things slowly so I understand. I look forward to this new relationship with her to help better myself! Oh, and her studio is really cool!

A private yoga session with Mel is a true gift to yourself. Mine started with a warm neck wrap followed by much-needed breathwork, a gentle yoga routine and ended with a lovely hand and arm massage. All in a beautiful, relaxing space where I could escape everyday worries. I highly recommend this self-care experience!

This was the best yoga class I’ve ever taken! Between the relaxing atmosphere of the studio and Mel’s healing energy, I could actually feel my stress leaving my body. The heated shoulder pad was an incredible touch. All yoga classes should be one on one or small groups!!

OMGOSH this was exactly what I needed. Mel is amazing 🤩 Started with the nice mindful touch to get my mind in the right headspace before some restorative yoga. Also it was great because she helped make sure that I was in the proper poses and position to get the best benefits and prevent myself from injury. My favorite part was the awesome hand and arm massage during shavasana. It came with a warm neck wrap and eye mask. The space is so inviting and the sunlight coming through the windows just added to the space ❤️ Definitely going to add this to my self care routine

Amazing! I just tried the 1 hour session. I have never experienced a massage at the end of my yoga practice!! It’s definitely a treat and so fun! Customized practice to your desires. Highly Recommend!!!

I’ve had two sessions with Mel so far and they have been wonderful! She is a great teacher; patient and so nice! In fact, I just bought 5 sessions so I make it a point to come back regularly. 10/10 would recommend!
