Coach Carrie at Rock Rebounding is AMAZING.
I’m 13 months postpartum, and before this, the last time I was regularly active was... pre-COVID. (Ya feel me?) My core muscles? Shy. Timid. Afraid of movement. Possibly in permanent hibernation.
As a nurse, my body has been through it — long shifts, physical strain, and let’s just say my back and knees feel *well seasoned*. I was definitely curious (and a little nervous) about how this would feel on my joints and back.
But honestly? This low-impact workout has been perfect. I was skeptical at first — you’re literally jumping on a mini trampoline, and I threw my knee out bending over to feed my dogs 🥴 — but lo and behold, it’s super joint-friendly! Nothing has felt off (except maybe my core trying to claw its way out of retirement).
The environment is so welcoming. Coach Carrie is incredibly knowledgeable and always has modifications ready for beginners. Her positivity is *genuine* and *contagious*. It’s a women-only space too, which makes it that much more comfortable (#girlpower).
Every class gives me a confidence boost, an energy boost, and honestly — I feel way less bloated afterward (for days). Come try it! Whether solo or with a friend, you’ve got to experience this workout disguised as fun. 🤩

This rebounding class is the best way to start off my day!! Just a room full of ladies encouraging each other to do their best for 30 minutes. I started off unsure but have quickly come to really love it. Carrie is amazing and truly makes you feel empowered by the end of the class.

I love getting up bright and early to get a great workout in! What makes it even better is an Awesome instructor that is uplifting and positive! She and the other jumpers make this class fun!
