I had a completely random idea for a walking program, I wanted to start walking more and try out different trails and routes in my community, but I had no idea where to go. I emailed Running Diva Mom with this idea and she was enthusiastically on board and put together an awesome 12 week program where she planned out a ton of different walks throughout my community that changed each week or even each day sometimes. It was great and was exactly what I wanted. And it was awesome because this was not something (I don't think) that she already had ready, she had to customize it just for me!

I cannot recommend Jamie - aka The Running Diva Mom - enough. I have participated in a couch to 5K program with her several years ago. This past winter, I enrolled in her winter Strength and Cardio Accountability group from December through March. At a time when it would have been easier to curl up on the couch and hibernate, Jamie created a personalized workout specific to my needs, wants, and physical ability. It kept me motivated to work out over the winter, staying active. She challenged me when I needed it, but also provided weekly check ins and encouragement. I have also taken a few of her "drop in" classes and they are great. Anyone and everyone can do them with her positivity and enthusiasm. I look forward to taking more.

I recently completed the Winter Warriors running accountability group with Running Diva Mom and it was a great experience. I received a very affordable four month individualized training plan, weekly check-ins, and an interactive facebook group with other women in the program. The program held me accountable in the cold and snowy winter months and it was fun to see everyone else meet their goals/accomplishments along the way. I'd highly recommend her programs and plan to sign up for the Winter Warrior session again next year!

Jamie created a custom training plan for me when I decided I wanted to attempt a half marathon again after a 13 year hiatus from long distance running…. And it was amazing! I was able to train without injury and felt both prepared and comfortable with the distance and pace goal she had set out for me. The plan was challenging but fun, and kept me motivated! Her weekly check-ins with me were always a great opportunity to ask questions, get some expert advice, and most importantly some much needed support! Despite not meeting her in person until AFTER my race, I instantly felt connected and like she really valued me as a client. Highly recommend to anyone looking to start running or wanting to achieve a specific fitness goal!

I started with Jamie doing a Couch to 5k class. I was not at all looking forward to running, but committed to it in an attempt to get in shape. With her program and her encouragement, I was able to run my first 5k without walking any of it! I also met a few great people that I remain friends with. Because I'm not that fond of running, I hired Jamie for personal training. I can't say enough good things about her! She listens to your needs, wants, pains, dislikes, etc. to tailor workouts that will work for you. I don't respond well to people telling me what to do, but Jamie pushes me nicely, yet firmly. She is encouraging and energetic and I look forward to our workouts, even when they're at 5am!

Jamie is amazing. I have worked with her for 18 months and have gone from not being able to run at all to running 4 5Ks, 1 10K and training for a half marathon. I have lost 50 lbs and built an active and healthy lifestyle thanks to the amazing support and coaching I get from Jamie. I have worked with her in a variety of contexts, including one-on-one running sessions, group running sessions, private strength training and a family group strength training session. She is always positive, present and great to work with. She somehow helps me feel great about what I am doing right now but encouraged to do more. In addition to being a great coach and trainer she is also organized and professional and just easy to do business with. I hesitated to reach out to her at first because I was a sedentary and overweight stay-at-home mom. It seemed silly to have a running coach. But I had heard great things about Jamie and I was impressed by her positivity, vibrancy and health. I'm so glad I did. It changed my life!

Nothing but good things to say. I first started running with Running Diva Mom in the late summer/fall of 2015 in a Couch to 5K group she ran through the city of SP. I have not stopped running since and she has coached me all along. With my first half marathon in 2017 and all the way to running my first full marathon in May of this year (2018). I currently am working on another personalized plan from her to run another this fall. I love how she helps me put a plan together that fits with my family and schedule and gives me the accountability I need to stay on track.

I have gained so much confidence in myself and owe so much of that to her. I am the healthiest and fittest that I have been in many many years and very happy to say that.

Honestly Running Diva Mom has changed my life!! I have been working with her since last fall, of course with the typical WI winter in between, but she was there the whole time!! I started with her couch to 5K program and just completed my first half. She checked in weekly and always seemed to know when I needed her. She has lifted me up, cheered me on and I am lucky to have her in my corner. Her energy is contagious and I honestly would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
