I came to SCC three months ago seeking help with chronic pain and mobility issues caused from a broken ankle earlier in the year. After three months of one on one training with Cody Helgeson at SCC Fitness, I am now nearly pain free and nearly back to the same level of function I was before my ankle injury. Cody was instrumental in my recovery by crafting a workout plan that helped my muscles heal and get stronger. I can't say enough about how much Cody has helped me! I'm looking forward to joining both Cody and Tracy for the group fitness classes in the near future.

I joined SCC Fitness four months ago for group fitness classes and I can't say enough good things about them! Tracy and Cody are the two best trainers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. SCC offers a variety of services to fit your needs - whether it be general group classes, smaller (and more challenging) group classes, or individual personal training. Both Tracy and Cody are great to work with. They make the classes fun as well as challenging. In just four months of classes, I've seen huge improvements in my health and fitness!
