I was 53 years old and wanting my arms to look more sculpted. I’d heard about Jamie from a couple of acquaintances….and THEY had nice arms!
What I ended up getting from Jamie was a whole lot more than nicely sculpted arms, and now I realize that’s not what I needed after all. What I got was working out in a clean, respectful, and kind environment guided by a HARDCORE woman who knows her stuff and knows how to keep me safe and healthy while working out. I didn’t know a thing about weight-lifting or kettle bells before I met Jamie, and now I feel like I could saunter into any old gym and be confident in my ability to get a great workout on my own.
What I also got was a body that just FUNCTIONS so much more easily throughout basically every thing I do in my daily life. So many of life’s daily things are just noticeably easier since I’ve become stronger.
What I also got was a sweet friendship with a beautiful human being; because although Jamie is hardcore, she is also one of the most compassionate and thoughtful and kind people I know. I joke about my workouts being dual therapy sessions!
A few months ago, I moved an hour and a half away from Sculpt Fitness, but I still go back for workouts with Jamie. Some things in life you just know……and I know I’ll never be lucky enough to find another Jamie.

Love, love, love this gym and Jamie as my trainer! I go in ready to sweat out all of life’s problems and come out feeling empowered, strong, and ready for the day. The environment is clean, includes high quality equipment, and is very welcoming. Jamie is the sweetest soul in the world, and also doesn’t mind creating the amazing workouts that will kick your booty (in the best way). Come here if you want to realize all you are capable of in the fitness world and to feel completely supported through your entire journey!

I was Jaymie’s, sculpt fitness’s first customer when she started up. She gave me personal training twice a week and it got me looking forward to the workouts. Unfortunately, an injury, not from her😅, made me step aside. I wasn’t there to be sculpted:), I just wanted to be physically and mentally healthy as my Dr told me I am now elderly 😳. I am 70 years old now and feel better than ever, aside from some worn out parts. And a big part of that comes from what she taught me! Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and will adapt your routine needs to your skill, health, and wishes! I highly recommend Sculpt Fitness. What have you got to lose? I think you know!

I have been working out at Sculpt Fitness for about a month now, and it is so much fun! Jamie has been working with me individually, and she modifies the workouts for both my skill and comfort levels. I feel stronger and have more endurance after just a few short weeks! The small group classes, and warm, welcoming atmosphere has been wonderful!

Jamie is an amazing trainer! She has so much kettlebell knowledge and cares about those she trains. She caters to each individuals needs! I’ve been working out at Sculpt for the past 7 years. I’ve never had a more personal training experience at any other gym. The class sizes are small and catered toward total body fitness through kettle bell training. Love this gym and HIGHLY recommend!
