Shake it with Stesha has been offering Fitness services in Walworth Co for 8 years, our studio opened June 1! Our trainers offer unique and effective approaches to fitness. With a variety of creative techniques and/or formats. Join us for group fitness, small group training, individual personal training, workshops and more! We boast inclusive fitness culture.
Our studio is located in the same building as PVM Gym and Caliber Martial Arts.
We offer discounted rates to; Seniors (60+), veterans, first responders, educators, and PVM gym members.
Class formats include but not limited to:
Strength, Pilates, Zumba, Cardio Fusion, Step, Dance, Aerobics, Cardio kickboxing,Yoga, Adaptive Fitness Classes, Parkinson's fitness therapy classes, ++

Meeting Stesha and signing up with the studio has been the best thing for me (both mind and health). The studio offers many different types of classes (which are great!). I also do personal training with her once a week. All of her instructors, including Stesha, a wonderful and knowledgeable. It's also great to meet so many wonderful people who do the classes. Give the studio a try - you won't regret it.

The studio has welcoming, comfortable vibes and the classes are fun and challenging. Not your mama’s dance fitness class on Saturday mornings is the highlight of my week! 🙌🏻 after just a couple weeks, I noticed my body toning up. Highly recommend this studio!

Shake It With Stesha Fitness Studio is such a great place. I’ve tried many of the classes and have loved them all. They have a variety of classes and instructors who accommodate all abilities, whether you’re new to working out or have been working out many years. There is also a great mix of people who attend the classes. Everyone has been so friendly. I look forward to every class. There’s no membership fee or attendance requirement, very affordable. The best thing you can do is try it for yourself. You won’t regret it!

I love that I was able to try out the classes the first week and decide what I wanted to do. Trouble is that I want to do all of them now. What's great about Stesha's is that there isn't a membership fee. I can join the classes that I want. I can change up the classes each week. The staff is wonderful. The clients are fun. It's a great place to workout and have fun at the same time.

This is the first time in many years that I have taken any exercise classes and I could not be happier with the experience and results in a short time! The Trampoline, Suspension, and Rock Camp classes offer a great combo of aerobic, stretching, balance, and strength training. All the instructors great, positive, helpful, and informative. The routines are fun and challenging and have made a very positive improvement in how I feel physically and mentally! You should give this studio a try!!

This is a new, clean, fully equipped studio. They have amazing instructors as well as programs. They offer specialty, niche, group Fitness classes and personal training. This studio is attached to a 16,000sq foot gym. Their training sessions and some classes even take place in the adjoining gym. Great place!

I take Zumba It combines dance movements with aerobic exercise, making it an effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and flexibility. I’ve been going since opening day and already feel such a difference in energy levels and have already met some of my goals.
I also do the Trampoline class, and I’ll say I was hesitant at first it sounds kinda scary and I’m a very clumsy person, but it’s one of my favorite classes yet. It’s fun and i feel a complete full body workout afterwards. I definitely recommend trying all the classes here great instructors and fun classes that help meet your goals!
