I have been a member here for several years. Currently it appears that no one is staffing the gym. I believe I left my card in the club last week. I have called/emailed/stopped by during staffed hours and cannot get a response from anyone and there is no one working during posted staffed hours This review is also aimed at Snap Corporate office. I have emailed/called and left numerous voicemails at Corporate Starting last week and today Dec 26th.Every single option leads to a voicemail amd it appears that they do not answer their phone or return calls/voicemails in Minnesota. I will be looking for other options such as Anytime/Get Fit or the Y.
It appears my only option is calling my bank!

No staff during posted supposed staffed hours, nobody answers their phones, and corporate doesn't return calls either. Will be joining elsewhere!

Disgusting, no water fountain, flooring is being pulled off the floor, all the equipment is ripped, falling apart or hasn't been oiled in a very long time. Great location and amazing building, too bad this space is being wasted.

The gym is decent, it’s usually slow which is nice. Have seen multiple people not wiping down machines which is nasty. The manager is very nice, but it’s a shame memebers are allowed to bring their 7 year old kids to run around the gym without repercussion.

I like that the manager is always there. She is very friendly and nice and always willing to help. The place is very clean and organized.

I would love to see a water cooler or drinking fountain in there.They do sell bottled water and you can fill up your water bottle/shaker in the bathroom but it would be nice to have a drinking fountain or water cooler.

It would also be nice to see more accessories for the one cable machine they have. It would be great to add another cable machine instead of having just one.

Overall, it is a great place to workout and it is never crowed and I never feel intimidated there. I will be a member for life.
