I am extremely grateful to have commenced my journey at Snap Fitness in Elkhorn, WI. The knowledge I have gained from the owner, members, and through self-reflection has been invaluable. I have achieved significant weight loss of 45 pounds, considerable muscle gain, and a substantial boost in confidence. It is truly inspiring to witness the owner working closely with members each day, demonstrating genuine concern for their overall well-being, encompassing both physical and mental health. Moreover, observing members working out together and sharing laughter after a long day of work creates the ideal atmosphere that I needed.

So, lets start positives. This gym is open all times of the day! The staff was nice when I met them. I never tried the equipment, it could be great.

However, when having to cancel they send you a cancelation form as an image. So you have to convert it to a pdf or a doc to sign it.

Using an image over a pdf or a doc file is seriously unprofessional. I recommend steering clear for that reason. The gym itself could be great.

Overall snap is great for anyone to come and workout. Everyone is all very friendly, easy to get ahold of the owner, and just really helpful in general. Highly recommend checking out snap fitness!

Wanted to say I switched to snap fitness and I’m super happy with it! Everyone there is super friendly and not judging in the slightest! I have bad gym anxiety but everyone there is so easy to talk to! Plus the gym stays clean and the workers are always looking for ways to improve the gym! Please think about giving them a try if you are in need of a gym!

Aaron is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Don't let the small building deceive you. They have a great selection of free weights and a nice cardio room in the back. Would highly recommend checking it out.

Perfect gym for me and my wife. More than enough equipment for multiple people to be working out at a time. The owner and the staff are amazing and super accommodating, you come to work out and you stay for the people. I would not go anywhere else in the local area.

They have nice equipment, need a little bit of a bigger space for some of it. Honestly had a quite a weird experience with the owner. Ultimately I ended up switching gyms cause of some harassment issues. Didn't want any training from the guy.

This was a nice small gym. It has just enough equipment for me and a adequate weight lifting area for the husband. Love that you can tan here as well. It's usually pretty clean as well. Never to packed when I'm there either.

Always well kept up. People generally leave each other alone so you can get your workout in and get going. Machines and free weights. Plenty of treadmills and ellipticals.

I LOVE this club! I have lost over 60 pounds during my 5 plus year relationship (still going strong) with Elkhorn Snap. The managers truly care for me as a person, not just a member. I couldn't have stayed on track for myself without them, this gym & the friends I've made there. The review on not clean & messy, how can you blame management for a members laziness for not putting their weights away? The owner is always on floor cleaning. This is a 5 star gym, very clean and always open to help you.

stopped by a couple of times to sign up - both times NO MANAGER ON SITE even though the manager hours were posted on their door and website. LEFT 2 voicemails trying to get someone to call me back to become a member - finally on day 3 the owner called me basically to excuse the fact that the manager hours are not REALLY the hours and that they can change - REALLY ? who runs a business like this - needless to say Four Lake will be getting my business and its further away and MORE expensive - but its worth it to deal with people that care. BY THE WAY - I called Four lakes 2 times - someone answered the phone each time and they also responded to my email request about a membership.

Very poor layout of the free weights area , very dirty, and absolutely no one puts anything back. I tried working out in the early mornings but found myself cleaning and putting away weights for the first 15 minutes and this was usually in front of a staff member. I really tried to make it work since it is on the way to my job, but it seems very little effort goes into this facility. Hope it gets better.

I've moved around to quite a few gyms over the past few years and none have been as good as the Snap Fitness in Elkhorn. There are two large rooms with tons of equipment - a myriad of weight machines, plenty of cardio equipment, and tons of free weight and bar weight equipment. There's also space for calisthenic exercises, mats for abs or floor exercises, bosu, medicine and exercise balls, kettle bells, and really anything else you would want or need. The facility is always clean - I've only ever walked in to find the gym spotless. The managers are wonderfully pleasant with a quick response time if you ever need to contact them. Best part is that it is never terribly busy - I never needed to wait for a bench or machine. There's a private shower facility in the back if needed as well.
