I tried twice to get ahold of somebody there to schedule a meeting so that I could sign up for membership. When I talk to one guy on one day he said he's going to have the manager Ally call me. Never heard from her. Call back again five days later and get a different person who tells me they are going to contact me to set up a confirmation for an appointment and once again have not heard from anyone.

Husband joined a year ago and didnt use it like he thought he would. Has been trying to cancel since two months after joining. No one will return calls , apparently you have to cancel in person but no one is ever there. He finally was able to talk to someone yesterday and cancel and now we've been charged $79.95. Go elsewhere.

Signed up for a week trial to check it out. I usually go to Form & Fitness in grafton but thought i'd try this since its easier to get to.

Was NOT told that the $20 was non-refundable for the week when they took my money. Went to cancel since the gym didn't have the equipment i was looking for and they wouldn't refund the $20. They explained that if i choose to sign up later I can keep the card.

Why the heck would I want to join a different snap? I definitely will never be back now that they lied about the money and wouldn't keep their word. I'll stick with Form & Fitness, at least they have friendly staff that actually care. Overall highly disappointed in my experience and can't honestly recommend to anyone.

Needs and update on heating and cooling. Expect very cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Also all cardio equipment is very old. Great place to lift as not many people lift there.

I've been a member of SNAP Fitness since the club opened and have been completely satisfied with the management and equipment. I recommend this club to anyone looking to stay physically fit while working out in a clean and modern environment. SNAP is open every day, 24 hours a day. Pick your time and visit SNAP, you will be glad you did!!

Let me start off by saying that I have been working out at the Grafton Snap Fitness for well over two years now, mainly over the summers when I am home from college. When I first began working out at Snap, the gym was small and the customer service was lacking to say the least. However, as of late with new ownership, this gym has blossomed into something incredible: expanded space, new equipment, and the acquisition of a very personable and kind new manager, Rick. I have worked out at a lot of gyms, and I hope you take my word for it when I say that the Snap Fitness location in Grafton is my favorite, by far. If you have not been to this Snap location within the past year, I strongly encourage you to stop in to see what has changed and meet the new manager. With competitive rates, a great location, and state-of-the-art equipment, you just cannot beat the Grafton location. Above all, this location serves as a great place for people at all stages of their workout regimen; everyone feels welcome regardless of their current workout abilities because their is a great sense that everyone can always improve. As I said before, don't take my word for it: stop in and see for yourself!

Workers and managers are always willing to help out with any questions you may have on how to use equipment or with finding effective workout routines. However, if they are not present, feel free to ask me or any other friendly face at the gym; we'd be more than happy to help!

Terrible customer service. Never return calls. No contact information for owners or managers. As soon as something is difficult to resolve they just ignore you. And the corporate office also has a no personal contact policy. All you ever get is some cheezy unprofessional recording.

STAY AWAY... Plenty of other options in the area.

No one works there! Tried going in for a membership and cant even get in- no guest entrance- just a low class sign on the door that says "knock".. so I'm sitting there knocking and another customer had to let me in and says No one's working! What kind of facility has no employee's working?? They just lost $360 in my business. How are customers suppose to know the hours of the 'employees'? Ridiculous. Not even trying to go back.
