I absolutely love going to SolidCore. I had no experience prior to starting in March and I took 5 intro classes, and then jumped into regular classes. The coaches are great and I always feel welcome.

I go to this location whenever I am in town and love it! The energy is great and the class will leave you feeling toned and strong working muscles you didn’t know existed! Emma is amazing and love her class. Highly recommend you will leave feeling you’re best!

I want to give 5 stars so bad….however….my biggest beef is…..the pack of classes expire. It doesn’t make sense. If I buy a pack of 5 or 10 or however many, I HAVE purchased them so money is collected, the class sitting in my app, or as coach Abby referred to them being in idle in the app, doesn’t cause any harm. I’m missing why they expire. The only logical reason I can think of is the business move, pack of classes expire, forces you to use them at the rate Solidcore wants therefore then buying more classes. There’s a savings to buy the classes in bulk so I like to buy them that way. I am a member of many gyms and I enjoy all different kinds of workouts. I use my Solidcore classes when I want a Solidcore work out. I don’t agree with this and think it’s all about money and NOT having the clients at the heart of the operation. So many other gyms and classes that are purchased don’t expire and as a paying member I am very grateful. Let me switch it up. Shoooot! Lemmme move my body how I want! I loved having Solidcore in the rotation, but unfortunately I won’t be coming anymore because I don’t like feeling taken advantage of and this policy makes me feel icky and like the company is taking advantage of me.

Other things to keep in mind, no showers and you’ll be sweaty after. Workout room is small and if you’re tall, don’t pick the first machine. Your feet will hit mirror. Door code works about 75% of the time so try to plan it to arrive when other class takers are or you’ll be out here looking ridiculous, iykyk. Certain coaches talk very mumble and close the head piece and you can’t understand a single thing so be ready to make it up as you go.

You will be sore for days! It’s slow and minimal movement but some of the best mind muscle connection workouts I have ever had.
I truly loved them, again, wish I could keep them in rotation but I don’t like the money hungry decisions.

Solidcore is the best workout that you can feel the following day (or days)- and I’m so glad there is one in Brookfield! I do wish this was available to book classes on Classpass like the other locations are, because I appreciate a variety of intensity in my workouts like barre and classical pilates in combination with solidcore.

Update! Now available on classpass!

The mall is a little chaotic so arrive early the first time. No shower is available, and you'll likely get very sweaty. Great class

Just went to my first ever [solidcore] class and it was great! They were welcoming and Dana (the instructor) helped me through the first session since everything was new to me. As a healthcare provider in the area, we are always looking for great gyms to refer our clients to and [solidcore] is definitely on our list!
