I've been to at least 15 different solidcore studios and the Madison one is hands down my favorite! The coaches go the extra mile and really push me to become the strongest version of myself. They are all great at learning names of clients too! I truly look forward to my 6am workouts every week.

i really enjoyed my workout here. i did the starter class which i highly recommend for newbies. its a great core workout and fun atmosphere. instructor was super understanding and gave movement adjustments for people with different pains (ex. back or shoulder pain).

All fitness levels can be challenged here in a supportive, smaller class. The coaches are awesome and the classes provide both strength and functional mobility. Cannot recommend enough for runners, cyclists, boxers or anyone doing a lot of cardio-based training. It will help you improve at your sport!

Absolutely love Solidcore. Not your traditional Pilates studio… more like Pilates on steroids. It’s extremely hardcore, but the coaches are so welcoming and willing to help with form. Be prepared to be sore!

The best workout you've never done. I am a lifter and cyclist and this is a great option for a different kind of challenge. Expect to be sore in places you never knew existed.

Interesting workout. I didn’t like the workout because im not use to using machines. It’s very challenging and you need really good balance. The instructors very friendly and nice. It’s perfect for others just didn’t click with me. I’m giving 5 stars because the music was awesome and the instructors were 💯. I’m glad I tried it. Thanks Madison Solidcore team.
