Absolutely enjoyed my first session at [ Solidcore ] , very beautiful studio. I must say that the trainer/gym manager Destiny H. is phenomal and her energy is one of a kind. Her support and training style is like no other! She kept us upbeat and encouraged us during the workout. Overall, this is a pleasant gym and I recommend anyone traveling looking for a quick workout group session, check this [solidcore] location out. Destiny H. is my go to trainer when I'm in town. I highly recommend! The workouts are the same wherever you go. Beginner Friendly.

This was my first time at [solidcore], and second time doing a reformer class. Shayla was super welcoming and inclusive, and patient as she trained my friends and I. The workout is HARD. I go to OrangeTheory 4-5 times a week and [solidcore] felt REALLY challenging. My muscles feel like jello but it was money well spent. Shayla was a great teacher, I liked the studio, classes (esp intro ones) are reasonably priced, no complaints! Def give it a try if you want a different kind of workout.

I’ve tried so many fitness classes from all over Milwaukee and Karina Abuhamdha here was the best experience I’ve had. If you’re booking with solid core- definitely try one of her sessions. She’s very hands on and attentive to make sure you are doing things correctly

Good workout (for those who have already established a base level of fitness-I don’t recommend it for people who are only just starting to try to get into shape), but it’s beyond capacity in terms of its popularity and the limited space they have available. Classes at more convenient hours (not 5 am) are almost always fully booked up right away. This makes it genuinely difficult to actually use class credits you may have already paid for. It was recommended to me to set an alarm for the precise minute that the class schedule comes out in order to immediately be able to book, which seems extreme. Additionally, the facility has no showers and just two single stall restrooms, which makes doing a class before work in the morning a no-go.

Went to solidcore twice, and the issue I have is that it’s way too fast to be “Pilates”. Pilates is supposed to be slow and controlled. Almost as slow as possible. The solidcore at Pilates is like a cardio HIIT style where you are doing quick and repetitive pulses. You are in a large group with mostly inexperienced people, many of which aren’t well versed in yoga or calisthenics type moments- you may benefit from a one-one-one class instead of this type of large group sitting.
Instructors were polite, atmosphere was good and it’s inexpensive. You still get a good workout.

Studio is way too hot. I won’t be back. They don’t keep air going any lower than 76 degrees. Everyone in class complains to each other about how hot it is That’s insanity for a workout studio. It’s slippery and smells like a swamp.

I'm very upset with this company and I confess if there was another franchise here in Milwaukee I would have given up on this one.
The customer service is horrible. I've called 4 times and left a message and they haven't called me back. Today I went there in person, but I had to stay behind a closed door, where there is no receptionist. Customer service is zero!
Don't you want more customers? They need to make this clear.

I love the Milwaukee Solidcore Crew. My only issue is that they need another location! Classes book so fast. One must commit to a class ahead of time. That works for me --- when I'm getting the right amount of sleep. But I suffer from a bit of insomnia, so some flexibility to choose a class would be nice! Because this location is so popular, I think the only solution is opening another Milwaukee Solidcore, how about one close to Shorewood? Otherwise a great work out, with great instructors.

I know their late policy is on the website. I get it- life does not revolve around me. I signed up for a 6am Saturday morning class. I live on the other side of Milwaukee and it took me longer than normal to get there. I arrived at 6:04- could not use the code at 6:05. The coach saw me outside at 6:07, opened the door, smiled so big and told me I could not come in because I missed the warm up. I would also be charged $17 because I "missed" the class. I have been to other classes and some of the coaches are really great (reason I gave 2 stars), but I felt so rejected/excluded and annoyed that I would also be charged. I can't imagine people who are parents or had some other reason where they could be late for a very legitimate reason. These classes are expensive and if you are putting a significant amount of money into something I feel like there needs to be more flexibility. Feels elitist and I won't be returning. This would've been different if the coach was even the slightest bit apologetic and maybe canceled my reservation so I wouldn't be charged, but I got a bad vibe.

Absolutely love this place. My friend told me about it and I was a bit nervous. Yes it was very hard but it does get “easier”… until you change your springs! Overall coaches are great- very nice & welcoming. Love them all!

Franchise studio that opened in Milwaukee early 2021. Uses reformer machines that take a bit of getting used to.
First workout is brutal as it is a totally different style than other classes you’ve tried before. If you come back for your second class, you’ll find it starts to feel more natural. By your third class you’ll be hooked.
The instructors here are super friendly and outgoing and they make a point to learn your name and cheer you on throughout class. The space is modern and has some nice post class amenities (dry shampoo, face wash, etc).
