Carrie is an absolutely wonderful personal trainer!!!! She was the catalyst I needed to reach my goal of joining my nephews Burn bootcamp. I needed to build my strength and confidence to my goal. I signed up for 20 sessions and after 8 weeks, I was ready! Carrie embraced my goal and pushed me to get my strength and confidence. She was such a great inspiration and cheerleader for me!!!! Her constant enthusiasm and energy made her “strenuous” exercises not seem so bad.
When I started with her, I didn’t know good form and how to exercise to target muscle groups. My gluts were so extremely weak that caused me to continuously strain my lower back. I didn’t realize why my back always hurt. Thanks to her, now I know the proper form to engage my core to take the strain of my back.
