Several years ago an orthopedic surgeon told me I should give up distance running due to arthritis in my hips. As an avid runner, this was devastating news. Not being satisfied with that outlook, I went to see Cassie for help. With Cassie's personalized training plan and weekly sessions, I was able to keep running. Much of the focus in my training plan was on proper running form and building hip and core strength. This allowed me to continue running virtually free of pain, completing several endurance events along the way. Cassie's positive attitude, energy, and knowledge make her great at what she does. She will help you achieve your goals if you are willing to put in the work! I highly recommend her.

Cassie is a motivational, knowledgeable, responsive, and experienced coach. I have worked with her on nutritional coaching, running form work, and swim training. As a result, I am a better eater, runner, and swimmer. She is phenomenal. If you are looking for a coach/trainer, look no further!

Cassie is amazing. When recovering from an injury I took her Chi running class. I believe this class (and Cassie) is why I am still running injury free 5+ years later. I have also taken yoga for runners with Cassie. She is patient, caring, and inspirational!!

Cassie has been my Personal Trainer for many years. She is amazing. Cassie takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals. She spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but also educating me on the importance of proper alignment, form, and body position. I have no more knee pain when I run. Cassie is extremely knowledgeable about the body and exercise science. She is always explaining why I’m doing each exercise and how I’m benefitting from it. She can easily adjust my workout when modifications are necessary. Her works outs are appropriately geared to what I am able to do and they get progressively more challenging as our sessions go on. During this time, I have had a couple minor injuries to deal with, and Cassie was able to adjust my program immediately help in my recovery. Cassie is a great motivator! She makes workouts so fun! Before having Cassie as a Personal Trainer, I never ran a mile, or rode any mountain bike trails. With Cassie’s guidance, coaching, and training, I have now completed multiple trail races of 100K (62 miles), 12 hour, and 24 hours.
