Love this place! It's not a boutique gym, so you'll only find truly useful amenities at a great value. Shower's are available, but only one per gender. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Stop in during the day and he'll give you a tour!

There are a few primary important things to look for when searching for a gym and this one has them all. It’s clean, tons of space, great ownership always trying to improve things, and friendly people at all fitness levels. Some of the bonuses are the Astro-turf, new gym equipment, a tire flip, and weightlifting competition events for people interested.
