At Sunshine Fitness we fit your busy schedule and on-the-go lifestyle. With your fitness membership, you can work out when itβs best for youβday or night! Our clubs are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year.
At Sunshine Fitness you hold the key, literally. Access to our clubs is protected by our security system and will only be granted with the proper key. Once inside, you have full use of our strength training and cardio equipment.

I love this gym! Theyβve really thought well through the layout and what the gym needs for you to get a full workout in, in the way that works best for you. They have cardio machines with a good view of the town, all the weight and cable machines you might need, free weights with a smith machine, squat racks, and a preacher curl station, plus bars in various configurations for calisthenics training. Also showers and lockers, and several elements that lend a sense of community to the place.
I visit this area every so often and will always look forward to using this gym while in town!

Great local gym very quiet and clean. Well kept and lots of variety in the equipment. Helpful guides available as well for those new to the gym on how to properly use equipment.
