We’ve been coming to Swimtastic for almost 5 years! Each of our 3 kids are in lessons here. And we have recommended them, whenever anyone asks where our kids take lessons. Scheduling classes is a breeze with how helpful the front desk staff is. Plus, they always great your child by name, and with big smile. The instructors are AMAZING, and are always willing to go the extra mile!! Every instructor is there because they want to be, and are excited with each milestone your child makes. Our kids are always excited for swim day, and would go more if they could!

We tried 3 other places for swim lessons for our 4 year old and he HATED it. It was the biggest struggle to get him to go and get in the water. Since we started at Swimtastic this summer, he has turned into a little fish and looks so forward to his weekly lesson with Ms. Abbey! This place has been a game changer with teaching him how to swim. Our 2 year old loves the parent/tot class as well. So thankful we finally found a place we love!

The Swimtastic staff is so helpful, have worked with me to find the timeslots needed to have my visiting grandson attend lessons. We've done this for the past 3 summers. The instructors are fantastic, my grandson's swim abilities have improved so much. He always asks if he can still have swim lessons before he comes to visit. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is so friendly! By the 2nd lesson, our instructor, Eve, knew our daughter's name. She loooooves going to swim every week and we definitely feel she's learning valuable skills. The heated pool doesn't hurt either! Haha

Swimtastic has helped my son attain so many swim skills in a short amount of time. Their goal is to assess each child's swimming abilities and teach them the building blocks that make them confident swimmers. It is on an individual basis, which helps achieve this goal so much faster. I have taken my son to other swimming classes in the community and they did not focus on the individual child, but Swimtastic does! I highly recommend this establishment for many reasons. They have helped my child become a confident swimmer. They have always been friendly and helpful with willingness to answer any questions that I had. My son had Allie and Malachi as their teachers, and they both were outstanding teachers who helped my child achieve what I wanted him to achieve. Thank you, Swimtastic. You rock!

Total waste of time. Kids are in groups of 4 and therefore only actually spend a total of five minutes or less in the pool. Progress is expectedly slow with such little time in the water. Probably by design as you then need more lessons and they can rake in more money.

Signed my daughter up for classes. She completed the first level. When I tried to postpone the next session, they said that they needed 30 days notice even though she hadn’t started, and that I’ll have to pay either way. We’ll be canceling and definitely not rescheduling and continuing after this. Not impressed by this place at all.

My oldest has been going to swimtastic for almost 4 years now, starting when he was about 1. Our youngest began with mommy & me classes just over a year ago when he was 6 months old. Both kiddos absolutely LOVE coming to swimming every week and have loved every single teacher they have had. This summer our oldest took a handful of week long summer camps and they played a HUGE difference in his performance and confidence in the pool. So much that he has leveled up in his class level! We also get compliments all the time on how well both kiddos swim for their ages! And it is 10000% thanks to the amazing staff at swimtastic!!

I would and do HIGHLY suggest swimtastic to anyone and everyone we know for the best swim experience!

The instructors are very knowledgeable and work with the kids at their level. You can tell it's important to them that the children actually develop swimming skills, instead of some swim schools that just plop the kids in the water and call it a day. My kids have fun while learning how to swim, and I have full confidence in the instructors. The overall atmosphere of the place is very welcoming and family-friendly. We love it!

The staff was super nice and you could tell the instructors knew what they were doing. They were very professional, educational and not pushy with learning. I was personally not a fan of the changing rooms/area. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of room or privacy and there is only one private toilet area. That makes it a little difficult to change as an adult, if you have a younger toddler who needs an adult at the swim lesson.

We had a anti-swim boy in our family. Lessons were always welcoming and not pushy. Lesson 6 today- he’s floating and going underwater. So proud! Staff is amazing and patient. Many changing rooms and restrooms. Plenty of items to purchase too. Love the whole place! Highly recommend. The slide at the end was a nice treat today.

I recently enrolled my child with special needs in private swim lessons and have been extremely impressed with the level of care and attention they have received. The instructors are highly trained and have experience working with children who have a variety of special needs. Excellent swim school. Highly recommended. I have 3 kids (6,4 and 2)that have been enrolled for 2 consecutive sessions. We enrolled after our middle son walked into water over his head and had to be rescued.. now all 3 kids have knowledge of floating, independent swim and are able to pulling themselves out of the pool. Mrs Debbie is always cheerfully greeting the swimmers and we’ve had lessons with most coaches and all of them treat swimmers and parents with respect and kindness. It’s been a blast watching the kids learn and grow with their classmates. My youngest cried the first session and now it’s the first thing he talks about when he wakes up Saturday because it’s swim day!!

My 7 month baby and I took the baby swim class together for the first time today and had a blast!! The pool was warm which was perfect to keep both baby and I comfortable enough to focus on swimming. The receptionist and Jessie, the swim instructor, were very friendly and knew our names right away. Jessie led us through a series of things to do with our baby that kept it fun, interactive, and for all ranges of water comfort. The changing room and bathroom were clean even with the current construction that was happening to update the interior. We can’t wait to go back next week!

We have been attending Swimtastics for over a year now and have had the best experiences. Their instructors give each child the attention and individual support they need, even when in a group setting. They are great with special needs and finding different techniques to allow them to be confident swimmers. The owner is so caring and personable (greeting the kids by name as they come in, checking in with them during their lessons, interacting with the parents, etc.) and it truly shows through her business and her staff. My son started taking lessons at Swimtastic when he was 2 years old and we stayed for years because it was such an enjoyable experience with friendly staff and a nice environment. I wish I could say it stayed that way, but over the last year the staff has become less friendly, the swim team especially is very toxic with a couple parents who find it necessary to critique other children as well as issues with staff. I tried addressing concerns about rude treatment from Coach Liberty with management and was completely IGNORED. Seven years of tuition and dozens of recommendations later and we feel like we were pushed out. Will never return.

I initially gave a poor review due to a pretty upsetting first experience after purchasing the groupon, but after speaking with their management and owners about the situation it was apparent that it was a system failure and they truly valued the feedback I was able to provide and went out of their way to make sure that we would come back and have a much better experience. We did that just today, and it went exactly how I had hoped our first experience would have gone. It was shown to me that the employees and instructors there really care about their swimmers and their family members and I'm happy that we decided to give them a second chance.

The changing area is a bit small and I wish there were lockers that you could actually lock your purse and valuables in, otherwise it's a nice facility.

Had to give a star, otherwise 0 stars: tiny pool, more like a bath tub, no attention from instructors, no progress... Actually, my daughter went backwards in terms of skills and progress.tiny change room with no space... Waste of time and money.... No refunds either! Stay away! I will complain to the consumer protection office, as it violates the basic rights: if I am not satisfied with it, why can't I not get a refund???!!!!! Awful!!!!!
