This studio is a safe and effective way for me to build strength without causing extra stress on my joints. They are very accommodating to any limitations someone might have. Their process doesn’t require hours of work to get great results. Also, the studio and equipment are always in great shape and very clean. The best part is the staff is so friendly and helpful. Super nice place. I highly recommend going on their website and learning how Isokinetic muscle training works. It's a super effective and much faster way to achieve a thorough workout. The trainers work with you for every workout which is great... and they're very knowledgeable.
If the big gym scene isn't your thing, and you want a quick, fantastic workout... I definitely recommend The Exercise Coach.

As a retired physician I am well aware of the need to supplement cardio exercise with resistance training at least twice a week. I have found the exercise coach to be an excellent solution. They provide one on one coaching during a customized 20 minute workout which is incredibly effective. I highly recommend the Exercise Coach especially for folks age 50+.

20 minutes 2x a week at Excercise Coach has completely changed my life. I have been a client since 2005. After awhile I thought I could go do this type of program on my own at a regular gym with weights aerobics, etc. only to find out there is nothing like Excercise Coach. There are no trainers like Excercise coach trainers, no equipment like Excercise Coach equipment (anywhere) and no program with as Excercise Coach science backed program.
You get stronger, physically, and mentally. You gain an amazing amount of energy which stays with you through your day. This also aids in you staying on task of healthy eating behaviors. We all have to protect my bones as we get older and lean long muscle around our bones does exactly that. The physical appearance of my body has changed with toned definition. I finally feel and look healthy. Its hard to believe you can get these kinds of results in the time and commitment friendly schedule of 20 minutes twice a week. It’s an investment in yourself that will pay off with noticeable and incredible return. Absolutely nothing to lose, and so much to gain!!

I became interested in the Exercise Coach by seeing an online AD. At the time the only exercise I did was walking my dog once a day. I hated going to a gym because I was so out of shape and overweight. I am 61 years old.
I also struggle with back issues and feared I would only hurt myself.
On a whim I sent EC an email inquiring about the two free sessions. I got a call back very quickly and scheduled the two free sessions. That was early July, 2022. I have been going faithfully twice a week ever since. the one on one coaching is held in a clean, quiet and friendly atmosphere. I am seeing changes in my body as I get stronger and stronger.
My most recent "win" came this past weekend at my grandkids soccer game. There is a large hill to climb to get to one of the fields, in the past I had to rest half way up and was out of breath by the time I got to the top. I climbed this hill on Saturday like I was walking on flat ground! I didn't need to rest and was not out of breath when I got to the top.
If you always hated the gym, but are lacking in the physical exercise we all need as part of taking care of our personal health you should check out the two free sessions when they are offered!

I have never stuck with an exercise program like this before. The encouragement and positive enforcement by the staff even when you're having an off day keeps me coming back.. I truly enjoy working out. And let's be honest...who cannot take 20 minutes twice a week out of your busy life to help your mind & body?! Great place to get a workout. Health precautions are a bonus with one client scheduled at a time. With the workout only taking 20 minutes, very easy to drop kids at their activity get in a workout and be back to pick up the kids.

It is nice to have a coach right there offering suggestions so that I get the most out of each exercise. That is something I was missing at a regular gym. After only a month of working out two times a week for 20 minutes each time, I already see results. Having only the coach and myself at the studio during my scheduled time is a definite plus. No need to feel intimated.
