Jerry is very creative in his circuit designs and the workouts are effective HIIT! Good space with fresh air circulation and padded floors. Can go your own pace, he will give you modifications if you need. Definitely recommend!

I've been going for 3 years now and it's been fantastic! Jeremy does a great job changing things up every work out and the work outs are geared for the experienced as well as someone new to boot camps. He also offers times both in the morning and in the evening for your busy schedule. It's a great non-judgmental atmosphere with great people. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to work out! I've made some great friends too!

This gym is exactly what I'm looking for. Jeremy does a great job with the workouts and he scales them to make sure no matter your experience level, you'll be able to get the workout you're looking for. The workouts are quick and intense, my wife and I both go here and we love it!

Great workouts - high intensity for 30 minutes, which is perfect for me. The instructor offers different stages for each exercise so people of all fitness levels will enjoy it. I have done the Insanity Workout - I have trained for half marathons and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. 4 time slots for classes so I can usually get in 3 days per week. Classes are fun - kettlebell, trx - the variety keeps it interesting. Highly recommendable for the price. I have done different bootcamps and I will stick to the Asylum.
