I had to try for 3 months to cancel my membership and continued to get charged, once I was finally able to get ahold of the owner he told me I needed a letter in writing to cancel my membership, this is the worst gym experience I have ever had, I prefer planet fitness over here

ended up having multiple issues with card reader and never being able to get in . Expressed my concern multiple times and there was never any resolution in the year i was there. talked to many other people there that had the same issue. After not being able to get into the gym almost every visit without standing there 100 times swipping my badge I finally got fed up when I seen the person at the counter just watching me try and not letting me in. I asked them to cancel my membership and they never did so I canceled my debit card and they sent my payments to collections. Would not recommend doing business here.

Was a good place to exercise while I was a member. I switched from The Gym to another place in town for a few small reasons. After my membership at The Gym was cancelled, they still charged me for the following month, and I haven't been able to get that amount back.

Terrible communication. Have reached out multiple times to cancel my membership via phone, email and an inquiry on website now two weeks later and no one has even gotten back to me. Now I have to go through my bank in order to not have money taken out to stop getting charged by this gym…

Management:
Honest, Respectful, and Competent people. Quick to answer your inquires. They care about their members and are involved. They seem to be invested in seeing the Watertown area grow. It would be cool to see a second location open.

Facility:
It's open 24/7 to members. I believe you can pay for a "day pass" if you need a place to workout. Overall the building is very well maintained in regards to cleanliness. Bathrooms are always clean. There are shower available as well.

Equipment:
They have the typical gym equipment like; free weights, squat racks, adjustable pully machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. They have everything you need to get yoked.

Improvements:
An extra disinfectant bottle or two would be great to have on hand. At times there would be an empty or it wouldn't spray. Coming from someone that would typically work out at night. It would be great to have that just in case. Also, beat up member that don't re-rack their weights! lol

I stopped into the gym unannounced and for only two days. I met the owner and I asked about using his place while I was visiting my sister. The gym was perfect for me and I had the chance to meet others who workout there. They were all highly motivated and loyal to his gym. I cannot say enough how generous the staff was. Clean and up to date with great equipment.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my GYM membership. I’m a middle aged woman and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s also very clean and has a variety of different machines to use. The other members are friendly. Good parking and the price most of all is just right! Thank you Jorge and Sandy for making my experience wonderful and I look forward in watching my progress.

The owner very difficult to work with and messed up my payment information several times. Now I am now being called by a collection service and am still paying for a gym membership I can't use. The facility is small with little equipment
