Athletes across La Crosse, WI, can turn to Three Rivers Performance for excellent sports performance training. Their professional staff features more than 20 years of combined experience and is led by Eddie Hodges, a former strength coach for multiple pro athletes and the San Francisco 49ers.
At this performance center, clients can look forward to working with highly certified trainers that take performance training seriously. They work with you to build muscle, reduce inflammation, and improve recovery speeds.

I’ve been going to the Tuesday/Thursday women’s strength class for a little over a month, and I’ve had such a positive experience. I’m a little more on the shy/quiet side, so I was nervous to start, but the women in the class and the coaches have been so welcoming and encouraging. I normally would just workout alone and would basically just guess on what to do for my workouts/how to do them with proper form. Lifting heavier weights always intimidated me. The coaches at three rivers have helped me learn proper form and technique and have provided a balanced environment of encouragement and difficult workouts without pushing you beyond your limits. I even feel so much more confident when I do my workouts by myself because I feel like I know so much more about what I am doing, how to properly lift, and how much to lift. I feel stronger and have noticed I have more energy day to day. It’s a great community that I’m glad I found.

I have never been to a gym that’s as knowledgeable about the body, sprint mechanics, nutrition, most importantly recovery tactics. Most of which I’ve been able to implement into my own life at home. They are so in tune with my work as a college athlete. The people at TRP are amazing and they all work their tails off to help me to become the best athlete I can be. I can’t begin to say enough good things about Eddie and his staff at Three Rivers Performance💪🏾

I've been taking the Women's Class since January of 2025 and I'm hooked. I love the people, the programming, the facility, and the attention to recovery. My daughter also takes the speed classes and has a weight training program. She is very busy with school and sports, but is always trying to spend time at Three Rivers Performance. She loves the atmosphere and the results she is seeing with her training. I highly recommend checking out the facility and programming.

Love the environment, the trainers are great! Welcoming environment that offers a lot of different options. I prefer the adult strength training classes but they also offer personal training as well as open gym with a membership. This isn’t a gym you sign up for and forget about, they work with you to meet your goals.

Coming to Three Rivers Performance is always the highlight of my day!!! The staff is so friendly and truly want to help everyone who comes through those doors. I at first was nervous coming for the first time but after meeting the staff and learning different workouts I cannot imagine not coming here.
Besides being a place to lift they have lots of different recovery and workout equipment I have never seen at any other gym. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get in a good workout!!

I started training at TRP 2 months ago with the goal of strengthening and improving some specific lifts with equipment that wasn’t available at my other gym. The whole team there is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whether you are experienced in the gym or a beginner they have programs for everyone. Highly recommend!

My brother and I wanted to try something new this past summer, so we joined Three Rivers Performance. We work with coaches 2 days a week for 12 weeks and quickly developed a great bond with them. I enjoyed the experience, the results and the atmosphere so much that I didn’t want my membership to end. I am now working out with my coaches 4 days a week. TRP is now an extension of my family. Not only have I gained muscle mass, I have learned a lot about lifting to safely get the results I am looking for. Their recovery room is the cherry on top, I love to take advantage of this service, sometimes just to relax and unwind after a workout. I would highly recommend TRP to anyone that is serious about their health and wellness. Oh, I can’t forget to give a shoutout to Rivers, the best dog ever, next to mine.

This place is awesome!! Jarod & Brooke are great coaches. The facility is incredibly maintained & the coaches help you throughout your workout to target exactly what you want to improve & where you want to get stronger. Additionally, they have a great recovery room with compression therapy, hot tub, saunas and one of the coaches will personally foam roll you out in areas you need. I could not recommend this place enough!!

I cannot say enough about the staff and Three Rivers Performance. Eddie and Aaron are great about programming and the trainers are great about holding you accountable to reach your goals. I knew I wanted to step my game up in MMA/BJJ and since I have added in the strength and conditioning from Three Rivers Performance I have noticed a major level up. They do the thinking for me. I just show up and do the work and listen to their recovery tips and let the science create the magic.

When walking into TRP, I immediately feel at home. I’ve truly never been to a gym quite like TRP. They make each athlete feel equally important and valuable. They are constantly raising the bar and thinking of innovative ways to bring their athletes to the next level of performance.

You wouldn’t believe the amazing people that work here and have the initiative to help you get better. The therapy sessions are unlike anything else as they use multiple techniques to get you healthy instead of the same boring stretches/exercises you’d see in the hospital. Eddie and his crew bring a unmatched atmosphere yo La Crosse. The programs are custom tailored to you and your personal needs, the equipment is state of the art but not complicated to use, and I've never once felt intimidated by any other members there. My form has improved, my confidence has improved, and I'm lifting more than I ever have been able to. If you're looking to get in shape, but not sure what to do this is your place!
