I joined TNT this year and have loved carving this time out for myself. As a mom of three young kids, prioritizing myself and finding a community support with TNT has been so fulfilling. My husband joined recently and it has been awesome to see the motivation and transformation both mentally, physically, and nutritionally. TNT and their coaches really focus to encourage you as a whole individual, not just working out.
As two working parents, finding time for fitness can be tough, but TNT makes it possible. The flexible class times fit our schedules, and the environment is so positive and encouraging that we look forward to going.
We also love that TNT is family-friendly. Our kids get to see us prioritize our health, which sets such a great example both in and outside of our home. We are grateful to be part of a place where health, community, and family all come together.

I did a 6 week challenge with my friend and the coaches were very encouraging and supportive throughout the whole challenge. Even though I didn’t do as good as I wanted ,it was an excellent experience for me and I will be definitely signing up for the next one coming up .

I just completed the 6 week Back to School Challenge at TNT and I had better results than I hoped for! I had my husband join me so that we can dial in at the nutrition at home as well as give it our all at the gym. Having the cook books and meal plan options provided help take the questions away at meal time. Having 3 young kids at home 4 and under it was easy to just join them with their meals instead of focus on my nutrition prior. An added bonus they even learned to like some of the healthier options we added. I loved how all the coaches would not hesitate to answer questions and encouraged us all even if they weren't my assigned coach. I look forward to taking these new habits into my everyday life.

The owners and coaches at TNT are incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and supportive. After having a baby, they worked with me one-on-one to help me ease back into working out, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Many years ago, I was a member at another TNT location, which just so happen to be the first gym I stepped foot into. Fast forward many many years, moving and life events, I found my way back into TNT at the Fond du lac location. I knew I would be welcomed and met with a great team of experienced Trainers ready to help get me into a stronger healthier me. They're always checking in, making sure you're coming in and asking what they can do to further support you in whatever journey you're on. Not only do you get endless support from the trainers, you get a whole community of support from the other members. I love the classes, I feel great after and truly look forward to going each time. All of the coaches here are fantastic! The members are so welcoming, and the camaraderie makes every workout something to look forward to. There’s a great variety in the workouts, so it never gets boring, and the class schedule is super flexible, which makes it easy to fit into a busy day.
Coach Kole is especially thorough and caring, he really takes the time to make sure you’re moving safely and getting the most out of each session. From day one I always felt welcomed. Little things like all staff knowing my name, check ins if I miss a class, patiently guiding me on the correct way to do an exercise, and being flexible as I tend to run late are just some of the reasons I appreciate the staff at TNT. Their program has helped me gain energy, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. I have been a member of TNT for several years now. The community and staff are like no other. I currently do large group (functional fitness) and also small group training. The small group training, focuses on personal strength, has a smaller group limit, making it feel like personal training! The coaches are amazing! Maybe you have been hearing about how very good it is for older women to do weightlifting, but do not know where to start? If you are not an athlete, like me, it can be very daunting just to get started. I began coming to the TNT small group training classes just two times a week. The coach was well educated, and made sure everyone worked at their own level; in fact, everyone there was friendly and supportive. I have been going to TNT now for about two years and have added one day of in the large group as well. I continue to work out there because I have made so much progress in my fitness level, and it never gets boring because they change up the routine constantly. I recommend giving TNT a try.

I joined TNT almost 4 years ago, after a manic meltdown in a Macys dressing room. My clothes were tight & I realized I was up 4 sizes than I once was. TNT offers great coaches that are informative, supportive, & fun! They connect to each individual’s needs & wants. After about a year in I was gaining muscle & loosing weight. My goal from the beginning was to go from an XL back to my happy M size. I still can’t believe I now wear a S and have for the last couple years. TNT is a big part of my daily routine and I look forward to going every day! I have transformed into a new person, feeling confident and made a lot of positive friendships along the way!

I’ve been a member at TNT for almost 13 years. I had some physical issues when I started and developed a few health issues along the way. With the trainers help and my consistent dedication, I have overcome the physical issues with strength training. My health issues have been maintained and controlled as a result of the total body workouts. My health providers have been impressed with how well I’ve managed to keep my body strong and healthy. I have attended TNT Fitness for almost a full year now and have come to the enjoy working out 2-3 times a week! As someone who has never attended a gym regularly in the past and who was always very intimidated by all the “gym machines” I appreciate this gym’s style of using kettle bells, body resistance, and cardio as the basis for many classes. I did not feel embarrassed early on to ask questions and coaches were very helpful to take the time to teach me the proper form. I’m looking forward to continuing my fitness journey and growing new friendships with my gym community.

I have been going to TNT since 2017 and I have had nothing but a great experience working out with their team. I started going to TNT initially to help me improve my agility and strength outside of soccer season. I ended up loving it and decided I wanted to train year round with the coaches to even further develop my skills. Coach Chad and Coach Steven were the two main coaches at the time and both of these two men have incredible knowledge on the body and how to make each individual the strongest version of themself they can be! My strength training technique improved through the guidance of the coaches and my confidence as a player only grew. I ended up getting an offer to play collegiate soccer with Marian University in Wisconsin. I truly don’t think I would have been the player I was without the help of TNT staff.
Moving on to college, I decided to do individual lessons with coach Brad to fully commit to becoming the best soccer player I could be. I loved my time working with Brad especially since he’s got his own background in collegiate soccer! Together, Brad and I worked to get my body into its top physical form. He knew when and how to push me, and when I needed a break. He was always communicating with me on the program and what my goals were which I really appreciated. I am so proud to say that through his guidance; I was able to earn myself a spot on the second team all conference for NACC women’s soccer my senior year. The coaches at TNT helped mold me into a brilliant athlete, and now woman.
I continue to go to classes in my free time (and tend to choose classes that coach brad coaches haha). TNT has built something special. The community of members is always so welcoming and we all push each other to be the best versions of ourselves. The coaches continue to check in with you even in large group classes to see how you’re doing and get to know your life outside the gym. I’ve also got to watch the athlete program grow into what it is today, which has been such an exciting transformation. We used to have maybe 5-6 kids max when I first started. Now, there are probably 15-20 kids at every class!! I’m so happy for everyone on the team at TNT and I am proud to say that I will continue to be a member for as long as my body allows it!!

Saw the TNT posts on my FB page for about a year and finally took the leap for my son (age 15) for the summer. The facility is beautiful! The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive. The follow up and communication by the trainers are second to none. As a parent, I love that they reach out and keep me posted how he's doing and ask how they can help him reach his goals as things change. My son has not complained once about going. The only downside is the distance from our home. It's a 30 minute drive so it is a commitment of time (and a commitment we are happy to make) but just not possible to get to during the school year with school sports ending at 6pm. I wish I would have looked into TNT when I first saw their ad on my Facebook page a year+ ago! Ugh- a year of progress missed! While my son gets his workout done, I usually sit in the car and meditate, read, relax or just watch storms brew. The view is beautiful...

In fall of 2024 I started at TNT at the behest of my physical therapist because of ongoing sacroiliac joint issues. Also, I’m a woman in my 40’s who has been a cardio junky for many decades but didn’t enjoy lifting weights consistently even though that is apparently what I should be doing. When I did lift, I would end up hurting my lower back/hip area about every three weeks and would need to rest for two weeks.
So, I joined a small personal training group at TNT where the coach/trainer lead us through a structured workout and it helped me with some form issues I was having. By the end of the six weeks, I was moving without pain and joined the large workout group classes. My intention was to learn how to lift correctly and then leave the gym, as it is the most expensive membership I have ever had. However, that is not what happened…
I’m almost a year into being at TNT and I have to say it is by far my favorite workout facility/organization/program I have joined. The reasons being the coaches, the community, and the workouts. The coaches are personable and skilled at what they do, offering changes to specific exercises as needed. It is a great community of people of all ages and fitness levels, who are welcoming and fun to workout with and share delicious healthy recipes. The classes are always different and challenging and I feel/see myself getting stronger than I have been in a long time. Also, you can workout at your own pace while being part of a larger group. Lastly you can take part in challenges which help you focus on your nutrition. Overall, I thoroughly enjoy TNT and wish I would have joined sooner!

I got a wake up call about a year ago at my annual physical. My lab results were dismal and the Doc wanted to do a heart scan. I made the decision to invest in myself instead of medication and reached out to TNT Fitness. Trust me, I was intimated about joining the gym, but it has been a great investment! I feel amazing, I'm the strongest I've ever been, and my lab results have completely turned around! The facility is very nice, the coaches have great attitudes and are very helpful, and everyday is a new workout routine. If you show up, it will change you. The trainers go above and beyond—it's not just about getting in shape with their thoughtfully designed workouts (which are incredible), it's about transforming your whole lifestyle. They encourage and challenge you to build lasting, healthy habits that stick.
What’s even better is that you don’t need to be in shape to start. People join from all fitness levels, and the trainers are right there to meet you where you're at. They’ll modify exercises as needed and push you when you’re ready.
If you sign up for one of their challenges and stick to it, you will see results! Through just 2 challenges (4 months), I lost 40 pounds and 15% body fat by sticking to their programs. This wasn't a fad diet or anything more than working out at TNT and following their healthy habits (food and life) plan. I am now the healthiest I have ever been and in better shape than I was in my teens as an athlete. They pushed me to be better and I can't wait to see how far I will go!

I’ve been going to this gym for the past three years, and it’s hands-down the best fitness community I’ve ever been a part of. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported—not just by the coaches, but by the members as well. It’s a place where I’ve made friendships and always feel encouraged to show up and do my best.
The coaching staff is top-notch, always ready to help you improve, challenge yourself, and adjust around your needs. I especially want to shout out Coach Brad, who goes above and beyond every single week. He always checks in with me—asking how I’m doing, how I’m feeling, and adjusts my workouts based on any injuries/soreness I’m experiencing. He pushes me outside of my comfort zone knowing I have more potential. He answers my endless questions with patience and insight, and of recent, he’s even started texting me at the beginning of each week to check in and see when I’ll be in for the week. That level of commitment and care is rare, and it’s a big part of why I’ve stayed consistent for so long.

I typically train two, sometimes three times a week. I really enjoy the variety and challenges that each session presents. Even though it says that we are in a "group" setting, there is personal one-on-one interaction and instruction from these fabulous coaches. They are focused on helping me achieve my goals, and they really make every session challenging but yet fun as well. I have really noticed that my fitness level has increased, evidenced by my ability to complete more core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights, and generally push myself harder. I actually really look forward to each of my workouts. And if there isn't any further proof than this, my family member has also joined this group because of how much I raved about it. This team is fantastic, and if you're looking to improve your fitness or just overall well-being, I highly recommend joining TNT. They go above and beyond!

I started working with Brad in Small Group Personal Training at TNT in November of 2022 and have loved being a part of the gym community. Going to a new gym when you have 100+ pounds to lose can be intimidating, but Brad made me feel welcome from the very first workout showing me step by step how to do a Turkish get up. I appreciate all of the time he has spent teaching me, celebrating my small wins, and helping me set realistic expectations. I used to struggle to make it through the warm up of a functional fitness class, would reach for the lightest weights, and was scared of failing. Brad (and the entire coaching staff at TNT) have helped me challenge my self-limiting beliefs and inspire me to live a healthy lifestyle. While the changes in my body composition have been incredible, I’m most proud of being able to run half marathons, hiking the switchbacks of the Walter’s Wiggles trail at Zion National Park, paddle boarding (even when there are whitecaps on the lake) and chasing waterfalls in Iceland. When I was struggling with my mental health these past few months, the gym community at TNT made me feel supported. Being around people who are supportive, caring, and working hard on their goals helps me find the strength to keep showing up and giving my best effort. When I moved to Fond du lac I didn’t know anyone, but now I can go into any class at TNT from 5:15am to 6:30pm and see a friendly face. I’m so thankful I started working out at TNT and am excited for what’s to come!

Since my husband and I joined TNT about 3 months ago, we have come to really enjoy our time spent there. We both have stressful careers that's demanding in different ways. As a firefighter, physical capability is a necessity for him. On the other hand, I work from home where I sit in meetings at my desk most of the day.
The last couple of years we've both noticed a change in our bodies. Feeling sluggish all the time, weight gain for one us that seems to be extremely stubborn. We've each tried different things. He went to Crossfit and I got into hot yoga and pilates. Crossfit was "too much". Crossfiit is definitely a workout, but he struggled to recover after each workout. And it was so exhausting that it's hard to continue to find the motivation. I love hot yoga and still do it to this day, but felt something is lacking. While I can balance and hold a plank like it's nobody's business, I have zero strength.
Out of sheer frustration for how we're both feeling, I signed us up for a trial 3 months at TNT around Christmas. I will admit I was pretty nervous initially. I didn't know what to expect, but I figure if nothing else, my husband will get a workout and we will have spent some time together even if I'm just slacking through class.
How did the trial turn out? Well...I've extended our membership for the next year and so far have no plans to end it. Turns out I'm not great a slacking off and it was just the right amount of workout for him. The workouts are challenging, but not over the top.
We look forward to going class now, usually planning our week together. All the staff are so welcoming and it's been a pleasure getting to know the other members. Some days we can go together, and some days we cannot. When we do not go together, we discuss the class itself. What we liked, what was challenging, things we want to get better at. So far, one of us has lost 13 lbs and the other dropped about 10% body fat. I can truly say working out at TNT has become a lifestyle for us now.

You will not find a better gym than TNT. The facility is clean and the members make this space inclusive and so friendly but it’s the coaches that set this place above the rest. They are certified, professional, and know how to get results. ALL fitness levels fit into their training. I did a week free plan, and I just want to say I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so motivating and inviting and I felt so welcomed. The workouts were a great time length and great workout. I loved how someone was always around to help me adjust my form if needed and making sure I didn’t get hurt. I unfortunately went a week I had been coming off bronchitis. I have been a long time member of TNT Fitness and can’t say enough good things about our workouts and the professional trainers that work with us. I like the group setting where we often match up with a partner to complete numerous exercises. This helps to push you more than if you tried working out on your own. TNT also does a great job of mixing it up with a strength day followed by a cardio day and then a mixed cardio and strength workout. I started at TNT in November 2020. I was overweight, tired and having a hard time keeping up with my two young children. Being a full time parent, I often would put my needs aside for the sake of the family. This resulted in weight gain, and inconsistent self care.
TNT gave me the motivation, instruction and determination to make a change for myself and my family. I was able to maintain weight and increase strength throughout the stressful holiday season. TNT gave tips to stay consistent and on course.
I began a new way of eating in February 2021 with the advice from TNT and have lost 30 pounds. I am now in a "normal" weight range. I feel stronger and more confident. My children have been able to witness this change, as they often had to attend class with me. I have the energy and strength to do activities that I was not able to do before. I am a happier and healthier Mommy!
TNT stresses the importance of self care and maintaining healthy lifestyles for your family. It is now a priority for me, my husband (who also attends), and my children. I look forward to see more growth this year, next year, and so on!
