The instructors at TBT are fabulous! They create a welcoming environment for all skill levels all while designing a variety of challenging workouts. If you are looking for extra support and nutrition guidance- a challenge group is the way to go! Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about TBT!! The NUTRITION coaching, resources and accountability / support is by far the best I’ve ever had in my 20 ish years of “going to the gym” at various locations. I learned a ton about nutrients that fuel your body and jump start your metabolism. I tracked my macros (protein, fat and carbs) for just 6 weeks and broke through a huge plateau and WASN’T hungry!!! That alone is worth the membership. The workouts include a lot of variety and options for modifications or extra challenges. I highly recommend TBT!!

Love this place! My 2023 word-of-the-year was "self", and one of the outcomes of that was finding TBT and taking the scary leap to start something new. I've been a member of various gyms through the years, but this has been different. The community, support, kindness, pushes-when-you-need-them, accountability (and not in a scary way!), and fun that this place provides has made such a difference in my life. So grateful for the community that this introvert now feels part of!

I went in not knowing what to expect. Just wanted to feel better about myself. Everyone was very welcoming and encouraged me through each challenge. I really wasn’t big into working out, but I stayed consistent and got addicted to the results. I have barely missed a class. Joe has been an awesome trainer. I even signed up for the nutrition part that helped me drop an additional 50 lbs or so. I feel 10 years younger, enjoying working out with everyone, and have a routine I can stick to. Thanks TBT!

I was looking for a gym after Covid to get back into exercising and joined TBT when they offered a 8 week challenge. Owners Joe and Brittney are incredibly supportive and welcoming. Working out at Total Body Training has been a life-changing experience. I lost the extra weight and bad habits while gaining muscle and gaining friends along the way. TBT is a family as much as it is a gym. If my tank is ever low and I'm dragging a bit, I just look around the room and see all my fellow TBT'ers giving it their all and that drives me to the finish of each workout. There are options all day long as well as after work. Weekend workouts are a blast and I've never felt better as I move through each day. Don't wait for 'some day'.......make it TBT today.
