If you are thinking about joining, just do it! The energy the coaches bring to the sessions is so fun and the group class makes coming in as a less experienced lifter less intimidating. I don’t have enough good things to say about Train Moment. Joining TM has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. I was a total fitness novice (literally zero experience) when I started — after a tough doctor’s appointment and a friend who goes to TM encouraged me to give it a try — and I’ve loved it since day one.
The mentality here is really you versus you, which I appreciate so much as someone starting from scratch. Now, 75 classes in, it’s been all about my own journey — getting stronger, gaining confidence, and feeling better both physically and mentally.
The coaches are amazing, supportive, and genuinely want to see you succeed. Each class leaves me feeling challenged, motivated, and proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve not only seen visible physical changes but also positive results at the doctor’s office.
I would encourage anyone of any fitness level to give Train Moment a try — it’s truly a game changer.

Train Moment is hands down my absolute favorite gym! The workouts are definitely intense, but in the best way possible, and as a beginner, I never once felt left out or overwhelmed. From day one, I loved everything about this place.
The instructors are truly amazing. They each bring their own unique style and energy, but they all share a common goal: pushing you to become the best version of yourself. I especially have to shout out Jaclyn and Marques—they’re incredible! They create such a welcoming environment where you feel completely comfortable asking questions, even the silliest ones, and they’re always there to guide you to perfect your form.

I first came to Train Moment through Class Pass and have since committed to a membership through them alone. My very first day, Ques was so welcoming, and when I overexerted myself and had to take a break in the lobby he provided support. You'll find that care from any coach in the studio! Mary’s upbeat personality will always keep you accountable especially on the climber.

I recently joined TM with an unlimited membership after trying several classes on ClassPass. I have never felt super comfortable lifting on my own in a gym and have struggled to commit to working out regularly. One of the most amazing parts of Train Moment is the coaches, but when I think of Train Moment, so much of what I think about is Coach Marques. He has been such a big part of why Train moment has made such a huge impact on my life. The community at this gym is unmatched and he is such a big part of the reason for that. He makes everyone feel welcome the second they walk through the door, and will take time to answer any and all questions you have about the gym, classes, or workout related. He is so thorough and detail oriented. When he demonstrates the exercises, he explains them in a way that allows you to get the most out of each exercise. He has a way of gracefully pushing you out of your comfort zone, in a way that makes you WANT to be better for you! Not only train moment, but coach marques specifically, has personally made a huge impact on my life and I will forever be grateful for him!!

I’ve had an interesting and not always healthy relationship with the gym when I was younger. Life happens and I think I gave up for a while there. I discovered TM almost 2 years ago (wow that feels weird) and the community has uplifted me. The workouts are truly for everyone, they are as hard as you make them, and there is never any judgement. All body shapes, sizes, colors, and genders of amazing people gather at TM to kick butt! The coaches are honestly all good people with a lot of skill and drive for what they do … teach and connect with us! Coach Jac was one of the first coaches I met and her class I think was the 2nd class in the books. There is just something about the way she coaches that really clicks for me. Not only does she have the knowledge and skill, but she always reminds you “where is your mindset at today?” And that checking in with yourself mentally and emotionally is impactful for your workout too. That is an important piece of my health journey, not only to work on my physical body but to be aware of what’s going on with me as a whole. Not to mention she calls me out in the best way when I’m scared and tells me “you can go heavier!” I have made progress physically, emotionally, and mentally since finding this gem of a community. I feel strong AF, no plan to ever stop. Thank you TM! And thank you Coach Jac for always giving me just the right amount of push.

I’ve been coming to Train since almost the beginning of it opening and still haven’t gotten sick of it. It can be hard to think and plan out your weightlifting workouts at a normal gym, so I love that I get to show up to class and be told what to do. The coaches help push me to be stronger than I thought I could be and that has been the biggest take away the last few years. Seeing this gym on Instagram felt intimidating at first, but then when I gave it a try it wasn’t intimidating at all. The staff is all very welcoming and the members working out aside of you are encouraging as well.
Although it is hard to choose a favorite coach because they are all so great, I love how much Mary is your hype girl. She is always high-fiving you and cheering you on which helps me stay motivated when I’m tired. I also appreciate how much Sam helps with perfecting your form and gives great explanations on how to do something correctly, which is the number one thing that is important to me!

I love the heavy strength with some cardio on the climber structure of the workout. Shout out to Jess Kieser, my favorite coach, who is always fantastic! We’ve been with train moment little over a year now and love training there! All the coaches are so passionate about getting you stronger and achieve your goals. I love every coach: Mary, Emily, Jess, Jac, Kaity, Ques, Josh, Sam. The energy of the coaches and community is unmatched and truly motivate me to come 5am for the morning workout! I definitely notice an improvement in both strength and cardio endurance, and definition of muscle 💪🏼. Also love the playlists the coaches have here it’s 🔥. The studio itself is super aesthetic and motivate you to work out. The versaclimber is hard but a great way for low impact cardio training. We introduced quite a few friends here and they all love it!

Train Moment is by far the best gym I’ve been to. They provide a perfectly executed strength program during there sessions that always you to feel accomplished. The coaches do a wonderful job explaining to its members on how to things correctly and make sure you’re pushing yourself safely with heavier weights. I generally take Jac’s class and she helps me step outside my comfort zone to grab the heavier weights when it seems right along with letting me know if something needs to be tweaked to get more out of the lifting session.

Yo this gym is really shredding me up. 40 or so minutes of actual work, but it's incredibly effective. Awesome music at that. I love literally every coach there, but my faves are Mary (always catching me sleeping) and Emily (Dubstep, EDM queen). But every coach is on point.

I came to TM with a friend for the week trial and signed up as a founding member in 2022. I loved the coaches, the people, the atmosphere, everything. Unfortunately, due to life circumstances, I took nearly a year hiatus. 2024 I am back and thrilled to meet some new coaches and be remembered by the old. It is more than a gym, it is a community where I feel supported and pushed to achieve my goals.
As they explain, it is like small group personal training. Three areas with ~3 exercises each, 10 min per area. The coaches help ensure proper form and weight for your ability. When the blinds go up, it is the final push!

Train moment has been my go to place for almost a year now. I did the 2 week trial& have been hooked ever since. The coaches are amazing, the workouts challenge you and week by week you are most likely PRing the weight you chose the week before. I am now able to do pull ups/chin ups because of train and have gained a lot of confidence in strength training alone. The environment here is the best and you’re surrounded by people who motivate you to push yourself.10/10 worth it. Try it you won’t regret it ! 💪

I love their bi-weekly programming! I really enjoy doing the exercises the first week and coming back the second week to try them again, increasing my reps or weights. It keeps me mindful of how much I'm actually pushing myself and what I'm capable of doing. Sometimes it's more than I think and sometimes it's not, but either way is okay! The coaches at Train Moment do a great job of encouraging you during class (& after class, too!) and correcting your form is necessary.
You will no doubt get stronger from these strength training classes! Also, the climber is no joke but a great way to work on cardio. You may become a little obsessed with seeing how fast/far you can climb.

I was a competitive dancer my whole life, so the concept of weight training was not something I was super familiar with given dance is heavily cardiovascular based. Train Moment is one of the gyms I attend in the mke area that pushes me to lift heavier in a safe way and feel really strong doing so. Train moment is the best gym I’ve belonged to in the Midwest, and I’ve bounced around quite a bit. The facility is immaculate— always clean, beautiful, brand new equipment, and thoughtfully designed. The coaches are friendly, well-informed, and incredibly talented. They all bring their personalities to their individual classes, which can be seen in varying playlists, and the class energy. I’ve never felt so supported in a group fitness environment, and I’ve also never felt this confident (or strong!!!) in my fitness journey. The workouts are accessible but always challenging, the instruction is top-tier, and I literally never get bored. I’ve been a member for just over a year and can’t see that changing. Do yourself a favor and get in to try it out!!!!

I’d been stalking their instagram for a few weeks before being pleasantly surprised by a message from them offering me a discounted two week membership trial. I love that they took the time to reach out because it gave me that push I needed. The workout is great and the atmosphere of the studio and classes are positive. The trainers are always making sure we’re doing the exercises correctly and are super motivating. The worst/best thing about the studio are the stairs you have to walk down after class haha.

They have a $29 two weeks trial to attend unlimited amount of sessions. The classes are good. You definitely get a workout out and will enjoy it if you’re into HIIT and strength training. Most of the coeches are friendly and bring the energy. Not sure if I’ll attend after the trial is over. Prices aren’t unreasonable but definitely higher than a gym membership.
