This place and it's people are just simply the best. I was reluctant to go, as I'm not generally into the "gym" thing. Thing is, this isn't just "some gym". It's a group of amazing people, lead by amazing coaches, all who are always encouraging, to everyone. There's good reason that's needed. The classes the Nolan's create for us are very demanding, but structured in a way that when if your not fully capable of the full routine, they give ways you can strengthen the required part of your body, developing good form (they are big on form & direct training w/ you) until you can do it. I can see why so many people say that TFW has "changed [their] life" for the better. It's the best thing I've ever seen to truly transform your health, while just embracing it as a part of your daily life. I've only been going 3 months, but can't imagine ever leaving. It truly is an amazing place.

This organization is not like the gym down the street. The coaches care about your whole health; not just physical. Everyone comes to the Dojo to hear, share, and learn life lessons. You will be part of a new family. The familia will share in your successes and give you help/support when you need it most. Jonathan and Jenny are there to improve your physical health beginning, with reasonable excercises and behavior changes with your diet to start realizing change. We are not talking earth shattering changes. You start small and add positive changes when you can. You wouldn’t believe what a little water can do when you consume the correct amount. Come in and meet these great life coaches, they’ll even show how you CAN do it.

Johnathan and his family have created a great environment for improving physical fitness. I was skeptical going into the program but agreed to trial for a month, I will continue to go there from now on. One major difference between TFW and other gyms is the attention each individual gets from the owner, creating diet plans and tailoring workouts for all individuals special needs. In addition to the gym you get a great group of people to support and push you as you train. Great program and better people!!

TFW (Training for Warriors) works.... the system works.... if you are looking for a community that supports and uplifts (vs the usual muscle head mentality) this is your place.... the progression of exercises and monitoring of progress is amazing. As a physical therapist I am extra critical of a workout program and can say that despite your “limitations” you can do the work, they can help! The coaches are well trained and personable, the system was designed by a physical therapist and the coaches ongoing education makes it all worth it! Coaches Jenny and Jonathan Nolan take every step to help you be successful! Madison TFW is the place to go to feel yourself work, feel the pride in your accomplishments, and move towards a healthy lifestyle that everyone wants with the skilled guidance and care of two amazing coaches! This place is a must!

Great atmosphere for training. Jonathan is always positive and upbeat and challenges everyone to push past their individual mental and physical barriers. I have been at TFW since September 2017 and for the first time in many years, I get to the gym daily AND look forward to going. My day feels incomplete when I can't get to the gym! This has lead to solid and ongoing improvements in my mind body and spirit. I have lost fat, gotten stronger, and just feel better! Come check it out! DO IT TODAY - you won't be disappointed!
