Ive been attending VIBE for a year and a half now which is really a feat for someone who hates the gym. Every day is different and nothing ever feels tired. The instructors genuinely care about their students' progress and personal goals and about the community in general. Highly recommend!!

I’ve loved VIBE since the day they opened! I go to 4-6 classes per week and no two classes are ever the same. The community is fun, welcoming, supportive and the trainers are all caring and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Vibe since 2018 and attend multiple fitness classes a week. All of the trainers are challenging, informative and supportive. I love the small community feel and the accountability of attending a class led by great instructors! Great Yoga and fitness studio! Very welcoming and meet you where you are to help you improve! Yoga instructors are great with both morning and evening classes. I’ve even tried the fitness classes and they were great at offering me modifications!

I first came to Vibe for yoga and had no intention of anything more as I’m typically very intimidated by gyms. After a few weeks of yoga and enjoying the encouragement and camaraderie of the women I saw regularly at yoga I decided to try the boot camp. I’ve found it to be inclusive and meets you where you are at. It’s modern while not being pretentious truly and meets everyone where they are at. The instructors are knowledgeable and creative. It’s been the best change I never knew I needed.

All of the instructors at Vibe are amazing! Even in a group setting, they make sure you get that 1:1 training by showing you how the movement should be and making sure you are doing it right. The classes are fun and everyone who works out with you are very supportive. All in all, you never thought you would have fun at a gym, but at VIBE you do!

Love Vibe! I have been training with Jeff since about mid-summer and so glad I made the commitment to myself!
Jeff really takes time to listen to his clients and adjust the training to fit their lifestyle and needs! Most importantly, Jeff has given me the confidence to try new things and the encouragement to not give up on myself and that as a wife and mom, it’s essential for my well-being that I make this time and commitment to myself.

VIBE has become a major part of my life. I started out doing yoga with Samantha and Kate, and have added doing fitness classes with Nikki and personal training with Jeff.
I feel like my time with Jeff is really helping me move to the next level. He gives 300% in our sessions: explaining the exercises, the anatomy, the alignment and brings all his energy to pushing me to do more. As I am currently in yoga teacher training, I love the chance to observe and learn from him as a fellow professional as well.
The staff is great and I love the VIBE community - just a great group of people encouraging each other to become the best version of themselves.

I've been attending classes at Vibe for a year and can't recommend them enough! I initially came for the yoga classes and joined a HIIT class to try something new and get in shape for my first marathon. I stuck with the HIIT class and it's now my favorite one.
All the instructors take time to get to know you and your fitness goals so they can tailor classes to the people attending. The students are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is welcome regardless of their goals and fitness level, and instructors offer options for people who want more or less of a challenge in yoga poses or fitness classes.

Vibe has been wonderful for me. I'm nearly 50, haven't been active for many years, and am overweight and out of shape. I started with yoga and have added HIIT. I feel supported and encouraged at every turn. My strength, stamina, energy are all improving. Not only are the instructors awesome, so are all the people in the classes. My husband and I have been members at VIBE since they opened but have trained with Carly for many years prior. Carly is an excellent, attentive, teacher.
VIBE is a community with a friendly, welcoming, atmosphere. All of the trainers and instructors are great people. You can tell they really care about their members as individuals.

I have been a member of the VIBE community for three years, but I know Samantha much longer than that. She, a professional and knowledgeable personal trainer, has trained me to do various exercises to progressively improve my duration, strength, and balance. She always encourages me to keep trying (and going). I have been doing well, getting better, and feeling better! Great trainers, great members and a great, friendly environment. With the addition of online classes, you can work out from home, a park, or wherever you may be. A huge plus! I can't say enough good things about vibe!! I have been training with Carly for many years- she is positive, encouraging, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is perfect for private training but they also offer great group classes, yoga and meditation. Carly and Sam have created a wonderful community of people. It's the best part of my week!!
