I had a great experience working with Brandon. I came in with a rough idea of where I was at physically and left with complete and detailed breakdown of my body and where I actually was. He gave me a greater understanding of how my individual body works and what I can do to improve it thru nutrition, work out and proper recovery. I would highly recommend getting an assessment, a work out plan and nutritional guidelines with Brandon. Game changer for sure.

Working with Brandon I can honestly say has been one of the most thorough and personalized fitness experiences I’ve had. My experience with Well Built Humans has been nothing but positive. I initially signed up with the goal of gaining some usable, practical information—something I could apply on my own at home or in the gym.
From the very first interaction, Brandon was calm, humble, and focused. His approach fired me up and inspired me to get back to a healthier lifestyle. He took the time to understand my goals and gave me a concrete, personalized plan based on my body’s unique needs. He equipped me with a workout plan, including effective kettlebell exercises tailored to help me increase muscle mass, along with a nutrition plan to support my progress.
What really stood out was how he stayed engaged throughout the process—checking in to see how things were going and offering support along the way. (Also, side note: I appreciated how highly he spoke of his wife and kids.)
