This was my first boot camp with Wild, led by Ken - what an awesome experience that left me sweating and working harder than I expected to catch my breath! It was 45 minutes of rotating between different strength stations, with cardio in between, and I felt it.

This is a great combination of strength, cardio, and instruction with conversation and laughs when we had the ability between sets. Awesome gym, great people to work out with, and a really fun instructor. I’ll be back!

I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

First reviewed the program 5 years ago. Since then, the gym has changed ownership a few times but has never lost its commitment to its members or sustainable fitness and progress. I love the trainers and workouts and have been going for years. Before I came here I kept getting injured working out because I wasn’t evenly loading on both sides of my body. Now I have near even fitness levels and my back pain- once quite impairing- is basically gone. Highly recommend starting here!

I joined the small group training program 6 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. My fitness routine has lagged in the last few years due to some recurring injuries. The staff here are great at finding workarounds to any injuries or physical limitations you might have and getting you stronger and more fit overall. I greatly appreciate the flexible class times and the small group class groups are very supportive and fun. The best part of working out here for me is that I don't have to plan my workouts- I just show up, do what the trainers say, and get results. That's the best and most efficient workout routine I've ever done.

I've been going to Wild for over 5 years. What started as an uncommitted tour of local gyms has turned into an essential part of my weekly schedule. I don't say that lightly, as getting up for 5:30am workouts took some getting used to. The "crack o' dawn" crew, including the coaches, are now more than friends -- they are family. Despite the hanging pull-ups (still can't do 'em) and Turkish get-ups (can do 'em, but don't like to), I look forward to my workouts and am now the strongest I have ever been. I've been going to Wild for almost 7 years and love it! It's like recess time for adults with all the toys (equipment) we use. I barely notice how hard I am working because I'm having so much fun.
The coaches design workouts that are challenging but they offer modifications so I can work at my level. They also make suggestions about my form, encourage me to try heavier weights and help me get the most out of the bootcamp. They keep me wondering what they will dream up next - AMRAP, Tabata, or TGU with champagne.
The camaraderie of coaches and clients keeps me accountable and is a big part of why I love Wild Workout and Wellness.
Regularly attending Wild classes has improved my strength, flexibility, stability and confidence. I use Wild workouts to compliment my PT sessions for a shoulder injury and knee pain.
In the attached picture I proudly wore my Wild shirt as I hiked the Himalaya Mountains of India. I was able to enjoy the trip partly due to the training of my Wild workouts.

Amazing gym! I have been going to Wild for close to a year now and although my trainers and the physical location has changed... the feeling of accomplishment I get after a workout with them has not. I was terrified to join a gym. I've always been the uncoordinated and awkward one, but I was roped in by a friend to come to a class. I was able to witness the caring, energetic, knowledgeable and coaches at work. The community was so supportive and I saw people at all ages and fitness levels doing their personal best. I joined a challenge nearly two years ago and was hooked- I've been a member ever since. I love the ever changing boot camps. Even when I go 5 times a week- it's never the same boot camp twice! The coaches are witty and make great modifications for more of a challenge or to protect an injury. Kettlebell camp is one of my favorite specialty classes. I always feel well taken care of as well as challenged. The coaches have helped me achieve my ever changing goals. I can't imagine not being a member at Wild. Never wanting to join I gym I won a trial package in a raffle. Me? Join a gym? No way! I have been working out at WILD for years. The things that keep me coming back: it's a judgment free zone, I always get great modifications of exercises from the coaches based on my various aches & pains that particular day, there is a whole lot of healthy recipe sharing among staff and clients, workouts are different every time so I never get bored, workouts are a great balance of strength training and cardio, non-scale victories are more important to the coaches than strictly weight-loss, and last but not least....WILD is the single most effective way that I have met my Bay View neighbors and feel a real sense of community.

I hate exercising for all of the reasons that most people hate exercise, and then to top it off, I freakin' HATE feeling sweaty. A friend of mine mentioned her past, positive experience with a Wild boot camp. I knew I needed to institute some regular, scheduled fitness for personal health reasons. That said, I was teenager-ly defiant that while I was going to try Wild for a month for a fitness challenge, I was doing it because I needed to, not because I wanted to, and I certainly wasn't going to like it. Holy $h1t, I'm eating low-carb crow pie, because it turns out, I actually *like* exercise, but more specifically, I *really like* the Wild boot camp sessions. Christy is an amazingly fun and effective coach. She maintains a high level of energy that is motivating (not irritating), keeps it silly and fun, and helps you with proper form all while you listen to the most randomly awesome 90s mixes. The group environment is instantly welcoming to newbies and non-judgmental. Turns out, when I'm distracted with the fun variety that Wild offers, I don't fixate on all of the negative things I hate about exercise (including being gross and sweaty). I actually joined as a member before the end of the challenge and I am really looking forward to continuing my workouts at Wild.

I feel more committed to going in, because i feel more accountable. The coaches care about everyone who comes in the door and take time to check in. If you have an injury or ongoing issue - they are happy to give you alternate exercises during the circuits that still help you achieve working similar muscle groups. I am a stronger and healthier version of myself than I have been in a long time. And when I say "tortured" I mean that in only the best way. Each class will leave you in exhausted, sweaty, red-faced bliss. You can tell the trainers really put a lot of thought into each session so that it is challenging, but achievable for people of all fitness levels. The environment is supportive and judgement free. Best of all, its never boring!

I've tried so many places to workout. And this one truly feels like home. The staff and other members are great. No intimidation at all. That's what won me over first.

As someone who's never been a "gym" person, I've found my home at Wild! The smaller groups, the attention to detail, and the care and support of the staff.
Probably my favorite thing about Wild is that it is about Wellness and Fitness. They focus on health, strength, and endurance. You'll often hear the term, "non scale victory", and that's to me, what it's all about. A better, HEALTHIER, me.
