Every location has basically the same options. When you have a membership they offer free child care while u work out great for all parents , then they have many free classes from beginners to well advanced. You can pay for one on one training, or even take water zumba, or other water workout classes . They have hot tub , sauna, an steam room . As well as you can book a message. They have it ALL.

I’ve been coming to the Menomonee Falls location for 10 years. Overall the facilities and staff are pretty good, especially the kids clubhouse. Some of the constantly broken machines and amenities (steam rooms) should be rethought and remodeled, however, this rating is mainly reflective of other gym goers. The rise of arrogant and entitled people who claim and refuse to share popular equipment at busy times is beyond frustrating. Management has been aware of these issues for some time, and I’ve seen no improvement. My family and I are considering other gym locations in the area.

30 day cancellation. I was told this which I understood meant 30 days ..
Make sure you read carefully the fine print
because if it doesn’t land on a certain date, it could cost you approximately two month’s in order to cancel…
and believe me there are no exceptions even if you weren’t aware of this and even if you didn’t go to the club at all.. hard core .. I wasn’t using the club much in the last three months so I decided to end my membership and was planning on going back to the club next fall….. lol..…doubt it… no compassion or resolve..don’t let the greed exceed the need wac…

Charged me for 6 months despite me being under the assumption I cancelled. They reached out to me SO MUCH in my first month but then just quietly accepted $79/month without ever contacting me why I haven't used the facilities in 6 months.(and I still have to pay for the rest of this month despite it only being the 2nd) I feel this is super deceptive and I'm incredibly disappointing. The place is nice (obviously should be for that price) but BUYER BEWARE on their policies so you don't get burned like I did!

Update: pleased that they contacted me back to at least refund February dues. (updated review based upon it) Upon looking- I did see a renewal email sent to me in August that google automatically moved to my junk folder. Still be aware what information goes to your junk email...it could cost a lot!

We have really grown to love our WAC family over the last 4 years. The facility is constantly be cleaned and the equipment seems to always be in good working order. We have attended many different classes and regularly participate in 2 to 3 weekly in addition to individual workouts. Excellent instructors, Jen, Sam, MaryBeth, Angela, Jenna and the others. The lockers are cleaned regularly and overall the gym is excellent. #nevermissmondays!

From Arizona, visiting family and used a complimentary pass to use the pool and equipment. Love this club. Huge pools - clean, not overpowering chlorine. Clean women's locker room and showers. Great amenities - towels, hair dryers, swimsuit wringer etc. Every workout machine imaginable in good working order. Didn't have to wait to use any machine.

I love this place. I signed up the day they opened 11-12-13. From a giant fitness floor, several studios for cycling, BodyPump, yoga, to a full sized basket ball court and a separate training room for personal training sessions, there is something for everyone. There are some serious gym rats pumping iron and then there are the seniors that make their daily visits a combo of working out and chatting up the other seniors. It’s super friendly to all levels of fitness, they’re always staff members around to help with any questions on machines…

They have an incredible list of free classes, quite a few paid classes for specialty training, great personal trainers with different personalities and intensity’s to fit any one looking for the right match.

And then there are the pools! There’s a dedicated indoor lap pool for serious swim workouts and people who walk or jog in the pool. Also indoors is a large hot tub, and then a good size pool that fits many purposes. With a graduated Deb, it’s perfect for fitness classes and people of different heights, swimming lessons or just family fun time. The outdoor pool is fabulous. During adult hours, which there are not enough of those, there’s usually at least one dedicated lap lane, lots of outdoor classes, including aqua Zumba. There’s a fun splash pad for kids that have the usual overflowing mushroom shower, and some giant buckets of fill with water and tip over on your head. Lots of lounge chairs and tables and chairs, high top tables and chairs, for relaxing whether you’re there for 10 minutes or the whole day.

The locker rooms are very nice there’s a men’s, women’s, and a poolside family like a room with individual rooms with showers toilets and sinks. The entire place is kept very clean, and as you walk around you will always see staff with cleaner and towels in hand keeping up on the sanitizing!

The staff is amazing whether it’s the welcoming crew at the front desk, instructors in the classes, personal trainers, or bartenders. I always highly recommend this club to any of my clients who are moving into the area and looking for a well run, clean, and extensive facility for maintaining health and fitness!

The staff is incredibly rude and the manager defends the rude behavior. This gym is not child friendly. They don't want my well behaved baby swimming during certain ours. He is an infant and wasn't disturbing anyone. But the staff made a huge fuss over it. Their competitor has similar pool policies but no one ever harassed me over having a quiet baby in the pool swimming. One day I tired to check my baby in the child care center and I was ignored. The staff was overwhelmed and rude. That is not a safe environment for children. I wanted to bring my baby while I use the business center and Erin refused to check me in and became hostile. She called the cops on my hubby because he filmed her awful behavior and she wanted him to delete the video. Before this incident she was rude and hung up on me when I called to ask a question. Her manager defends this behavior instead of firing her or disciplining her. If you want a quality gym go to the Elite Highlander.

When I woke up this morning at 2:30 AM I did not expect to be sitting in a sauna before school. My friend invited me to the WAC and next thing you know I’m sitting in a 150° room. This place is exceptional.

The Kids Club worker Charlize really helped me out when I did not know where to find the basketball court. I was just trying to hoop it up before school but I was literally shaking when I got lost and ended up doing yoga with people I’ve never seen before.

I'm so glad that I contacted WI Athletic Club and decided to sign up with them. Cody is fantastic--he is the perfect person for this job---friendly, personable, organized and responsive. From the moment I completed the contact me form on the website, the service has been impeccable. This facility is much better than any YMCA and to me is well worth it. It is clean, welcoming, and has the latest equipment and amenities. They also offer complimentary classes and two free fitness consultations. Robert was amazing too----I actually learned a couple of good mantras from him but he was the perfect trainer--non judgmental, welcoming, inspiring and professional. So far, we are highly impressed--our only regret is not signing up sooner.
