I previously gave them 5 stars but it seems like staff and members were completely blindsided by the closing of all WI locations so therefore a 1 will do. Thank you Stephen for always being a cheerful face when greeting me at the gym.

The equipment is not maintained, the Sauna is always broken. Which I signed up for. There is no dress code for women clothing. The Sauna needs a camera installed for people putting water over it. Soon I will go with planet fitness

very reasonable price for everything included and a wide variety of machines and free weights which is nice! The q class is why I've been a member for a long time. The downside is it gets pretty busy...not too crazy where you have to wait long for a machine.

I would like to preface this by saying the GB location staff is amazing and this comment is about the company.
I joined XF under the orange card membership to help get me into going to the gym. I was finally ready to make my way to the main floor and change my membership but come to find out, they got rid of the core membership for $10. I’m now stuck paying an extreme amount to workout and don’t even use the classes any longer. If they adjust, I’ll rethink my rating.

Well I am glad you asked. For starters, the machines are never deep cleaned by the staff, I can tell because there is always a build up of dust and dirt in the parts that are not wiped down by the gym goers. It also seems like there is no urgency to ever fix anything or replace items, there was a hole in the wall for around two months earlier this year that could have easily been taken care of in a day or two, and do not get me started on the missing pair of 60 lb dumbbells. Also, it seems like the gym staff will allow their friends to do what they want, for example two Fridays ago ( around 7 PM) a gym goer brought in food and was eating it on the workout floor and even gave some of it to one of the employees, it was only after the second employee came around that he finally threw it away.
The gym could be so much better than what it is, but there seems to be no accountability by management or the employees to go above and beyond to make it an ideal place to workout at, instead they clean the same spots over and over, and do nothing to improve anything.

I had went online to sign up for the 7 day free trial. Then I received a call from a “Steve” at the Green Bay location. They asked when I could come in for a tour. I stated I wasn’t sure but provided a general time. I wasn’t looking for a tour I just wanted to try it out so I could decide on my free trial. Then this Steve continues to ask when I would think of wanting to sign up. Over the phone. When I haven’t even went to the gym yet. I state that I’m not sure but I felt like I would be able to make a decision by the weekend. He asked when I would come in. I said I wasn’t sure but probably late afternoon. He stated that wouldn’t work because he leaves at 3 and I said that was odd/weird and he said “well that’s the way the world works”. And I stated I couldn’t provide a definitive timeline and hung up. Ummmm trying to force a sale orrrr? Like I could just sign up online why are you trying to force this? Extremely off putting.

This place is impossible to get a good workout in unless you're there at 4 a.m.
The gym is too concerned about getting more money by signing people up but doesn't seem to care that they're half the size they should be for how many people workout here.
Floor management is needed to keep ego lifters, large groups hogging equipment, and people who sit on their phones out.

Lots of workout machines and a reasonable price, especially at the core level. The 3D body scan is really cool. Classes and personal trainers that are quite helpful if you are interested in those services. Great reward system for going to the gym, too.
The Cardio Theater plays great movies, and is underutilized by guests, so it's a great place to get away from others and get your cardio in. I posted a picture of one week's lineup, but they play all kinds of movies, and many are newer movies.
I almost forgot to mention one service because it's a service I don't use, but there is child care. There is also a long, narrow pool intended for people swimming laps.

I’ve been working out at XPerience for quite a few years. I started out bringing my children to the kids club so I could still achieve my fitness goals. Mrs. Martha and some of the other ladies became almost like family. Fast forward about 10 years and I was looking to take my fitness to a higher level. I started training with Eric Prestay. I was a little unsure of making this jump as it was a little more expensive than I would normally invest in my health. It turned out to pay dividends! With his help I was able to achieve my fitness goals in a pretty short period of time and really appreciated his guidance and support. A great gym, with great people.

I’ve been looking for a new gym and they advertise “Free 7-day Pass” which is what I wanted. I wanted to go try it out first and then eventually make my decision. But when I actually went to go, I was shown around. It’s a very nice gym & exactly what I’m looking for. But I did not like that I felt pressured to get a membership when all I wanted was to just take my 7 day pass & then make my decision on my own. Not the best first impression..

The location in Ashwaubenon is convenient. Appreciate having a sauna in the cold winter months except that they dont keep it clean enough. Love how much space there is with a large cardio room and a big weight room. Unfortunately needed accessories are usually missing or in poor condition. There's a dark media room for people who would like more privacy. There's lots of classes to choose from. I like the membership tiers to choose from also. I've been going to this location for 7 years. Management used to take better care of this location. The 5ish years it's been constantly dirty and machines are often needing maintainence.

Xperience GB is a great gym! It is very spacious and has a really nice lifting area, machines, cardio equipment, and open room to do other workouts. You can’t get through a workout without multiple staff members coming up to you asking you to leave them a good review (even if you have never talked to or worked with this staff member before) or take a survey. Some will even come up to you multiple times a day! If my earbuds are in and I’m in the middle of a set, I do not want to be interrupted. That’s gym rules 101. Staff is very pushy. Not to mention, as a women, I was constantly harassed. Multiple personal trainers DMed me on Instagram and asked for my Snapchat. The messages I got were never appropriate. Overall, I was very uncomfortable and will not be coming back here.

I wish they would open the sauna again. My husband and I are both disgusted with the way they dont enforce the rules.. such as wiping down equipment and the woman wearing sports bra and the men wearing cut off shirts. I have brought it up to them before and all they had to say about it was "well, they are wearing really high waisted pants" that doesnt matter the woman are still not following dress code and its frankly sickening. Im here to workout, not look at a strip show

I've not able to use the facilities NOT EVEN ONCE due to covid and no one is willing to work with me! I'm out of $100 for something I've never even used! When I went to the club to ask for any refund or any exception they refer me to abc financials and then when I called abc financials they directed me back to club. I get the virus is why they do it but there's no time limit on using anything and theres a lot of members here who overdo it and stay on a machine for a hour on the phone .Today I waited and a guy used the pool for 45 minutes then I gave up and went to shower just to have gym staff yelling in that it was closed , cant I finish showering ,? Its getting to where I'm loosing out on my workouts due to greedy members. There should be time limits right now .

I just "joined", as I was convinced from the employee working at the Green Bay branch that this was how to conduct my 5 day free trial. I have been disappointed ever since, and after 3 days I have already cancelled my membership. Utter disappointment- the facility is fine- plenty of machines, but the COVID-19 safety protocols in place are wholly insufficient. In one of the currently worst areas in the country (in terms of case count), most of the members are maskless (except when entering and exiting the building), the locker room was dirty (with signs stating "clean before and after using the lockers", but no supplies with which to clean), and the equipment and facilities were either in ill-repair or underperforming. The tiny pool was falling apart, and the lack of a reservation system meant you can never accurately count on being able to swim. The treadmill I used squeaked so loudly it was unbearable, and my "personal training" didn't happen...because the trainer never showed for the appointment.
On top of all this, the most outrageous offense, imo, was that to cancel was/is an exercise in futility/patience-testing. I was unable to call/cancel in person. A call to experience fitness led to registering online, then being directed to a pdf which indicates you need to contact another company and provide either a certified letter or email with agreement number and reasoning in order to cancel. I encourage everyone to inquire about this policy and read all the fine print- It should not take multiple conversations/different phone calls, emails, web registrations, etc. to cancel a "trial period" membership. It is downright entrapment. Completely disappointed. I encourage others not to be lured by the lower costs, and to keep your health and standards paramount- their business model is clearly working for them, but not something I can support.

I am revising my original review as things have changed. I really do absolutely love the gym and everything It has to offer. The only thing I am very unhappy with is the child care, since Covid they reduced the time a child can be in the day care down to one hour from an hour an a half. I personally do many of the Q classes, and with my work schedule and the time that day care is open I can really only do the 945am class since I work evenings. With that being said, they also changed the time you’re allowed to schedule to come to the day care. 9:30,10,10;30,11. You are no longer allowed to schedule to come for 9:45 (I would usually do 9:40). So. If you’re doing a 9:45 class, have to be there at 9:30, and usually class runs 5-10 minutes late, you get a comment from the person in the child care area stating you went over your time. I find this absolutely rediculous! Every time I’ve brought my son he’s the ONLY child in there so why does it matter if I’m 5-10 minutes “over” (even though I’m not because I got there at 9:40 not 9;30)? I’m a single mom with no one to watch my son during the day, it is getting to the point where I am seriously considering cancelling my membership due to issues with the child care area.
Side note; 1 hour to workout while your child is in that area really isn’t enough. The 90 minutes was perfect. I’m not sure why they changed all of this
Other than that. I really REALLY do love everything else about this gym. But with limited options as a single parent I don’t know what other gyms I could go to other than the YMCA. Only reason I’m trying to tough it out is because I really enjoy the Q classes and the trainers

Salt water pool is life changing. The movie cardio room very original idea and I love it . Only thing i would recommend would be towel service and water extractor for swim suits in bathroom. But here’s the best part . It’s so damn affordable. Tremendous value. A gym like this , i would be pay $125 a month in Manhattan ! Great gym and can’t wait to get back in shape .

All I want to do is talk to someone about pricing I dont want to have a tour and then talk about things. I have called and even went in. They tell me it will take a half hour. I am busy and I dont want to spend a half hour when all i want to know is prices.

I joined recently and really like the facility. It is big and has all kinds of equipment that anyone would need. It’s typically very busy when I go, but always seems to be enough equipment to get my workout in. The staff is friendly and helpful and the price is right. The only concern I have to this point is that I’ve never seen any staff cleaning and some areas are dirty. Sure wish there was more time spent on keeping it clean especially this time of year. However, I can look beyond it for what I’m paying and the options available.

It’s crowded as heck and the employees badgered me into joining when I first started, but didn’t tell me about a much cheaper option until after I paid the nonrefundable up front cost

I came in to get signed up at and was told that there was no one there to sign me up... and that someone would call me back. Then I asked if I could just workout for that day and they told me I had to purchase a day pass for $20. First of all why is the day pass more than a monthly fee? And why isn't everyone trained to sign people up. That's not a very good business plan.

Warning! I would caution anyone thinking of joining because of my experience at Xperience or at least see if there is an option to NOT provide your credit card information. I cancelled my membership after the membership freeze they recommended for the summer months rather than cancelling. The day before the freeze ended I called and was told how to cancel my membership via the app. When it didn't work, I was told to check the next day when the membership was active. I did this and cancelled as instructed. I was incorrectly charged another month of membership and an additional month for the Q class. I can honestly say it took over 2 months f and many calls to the GB location and the corporate location to finally get the refund for the $99 month of Q classes. I never tried to recover the incorrect monthly fee as I thought I must have missed something but in hindsight I believe it is a poor system or purposely difficult membership to cancel. I was promised over 7 times that the check was in the mail until finally it was issued 10 weeks after my initial call to Xperience Fitness.
That being said, the time I was a member, it was a very good class, Cody is very nice and clean facility. Knowing what I know now though, I would not have joined due to the hassle.

Horrible customer service. I signed up for the 100$ interview with a trained instructor and I was rescheduled twice. I have only been a members for less then 3 weeks. I have not been able to use the facility at all. I am a disabled Veteran looking to lose weight. After 2 weeks of getting the run around from the staff about starting, I decided to cancel my membership. I do not get any of the money back for getting rescheduled. I talked with "Kayla" and she told me that is "just how it is. I still have an opportunity to utilize the appointments."
Why would I continue to be a part of a membership if I am not worth keeping an appointment for? I was first told the appointment was canceled due to scheduling. Then I was told it was due to an emergency. Last I was told the hours didn't match with the appointed time. So, someone is lying from the gym. I was giving a customer service number and that is it. So let's get this straight.
1. Never used anything from the facility.
2. Never received an appointment.
3. Lied to.
4. Stolen from.
Do not support this business and get the people who take advantage of hard working Veterans exspossed for who they are.

Husband and I went in to ask about membership and for a rundown of the lifting amenities. We were told that the person who could show us was busy. We gave the man managing the desk our phone number and asked if we could get a call back and never received a call.

I would highly recommend no one using this gym. They really are just about the money. I was doing the Q program, and I will say that the program itself is nice but the way things are handled at this gym are just ridiculous. I had a financial situation come up where I could no longer afford the $80 a month gym membership they were charging me.. So I went in and I asked to cancel. The guy behind the counter made it a huge deal and was guilting me pretty hard. I get it, I’m in sales too but like, just stop. And finally he advised me that he would cancel the membership but I was still going to be charged the $80 for June because it was the 30th of May and I was within a “5 day pending payment period.” Which is odd considering my bank had nothing pending. I asked if there was anything I could do to avoid that payment because I could really afford it and I was told no.
Considering the situation I am going through, this is beyond frustrating to say the least. There was no offer of a refund for the month or anything of the sort. So I’m paying another $80 for a month of classes I’m not going to take. Safe to say I will not be going back to Xperience ever again and I’ll make sure to spread the word.
