Built for the community, where all movement β no matter your fitness level β is celebrated with the energy of our team & the other yogiβs around you. Our classes are like an upbeat twist to an ancient discipline, all under the 90-120 degree heat making us, quite literally, the hottest workout in the Valley!

I started attending weekly classes at the beginning of 2025 and now can't imagine my week without hot yoga at Yoga 3! The guides are outstanding, and the community is very welcoming and inclusive. I highly recommend trying out a class hereβyou'll be hooked!

I bought a 5 class pack at the Neenah location while I was visiting for the Holiday. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the classes were fun and the studio was comfortable and clean. I attended Pilates and Power Yoga classes, and both were a great workout! I loved my experience and will definitely be back during my next visit!
