Took a class with Helen a few years ago and I totally loved it!! Taking her class made me able to not only touch my toes for the 1st time in my life, but to actually put the palms of my hands flat on the floor in a 90°bending position.
I highly recommend attending yoga classes here cuz she teaches all levels of yoga, from beginner to advanced.
