I absolutely love this studio and would recommend it to people of all levels of yoga. There is an offering for everyone here. I love how teachers are encouraged to be their authentic selves. I find that I get quality instruction from their diverse angles. Lastly, I feel honored to be led and taught by Meg in the 200 hour teacher training program. I feel empowered as her student in the public classes and the training. She leads with honesty, integrity, strength and wisdom. From a first-timer to yogis along on their journey this is an incredible place to be and grow.

I’ve been going to Yoga One for two years. It’s a great studio space and the teachers are dedicated, caring, helpful, passionate about yoga and highly knowledgeable. It’s a very warm and welcoming place.

They cater to you if you spend lots of money on classes and trips. Not a very "yogic" vibe there.

Beware! This Yoga Teacher Training is dependent upon who you know and bribery. The director gave a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate to a yoga teacher that never attended the program! As of 2016 the yoga teacher that attended a certificate program back in 2008 was given a back dated certificate of completion from 2011. Call Yoga Alliance and verify. This is not fair to students that actually paid the full tuition and attended the full program! Nothing yogic about this!
