Love having a place close to home that’s open 24/7. But I have to honest, it needs some updating and maintenance bad. I’ve brought it up a few times; maybe with this review they’ll actually fix something. Almost every cable machine has loose cables with 3-6” of cable play, which really sucks for tall people because you can’t get full ROM on your workouts. When something breaks, it’s usually broken for months. Could be a much nice place if there was simple preventative maintenance done on their machines and equipment. However, I do enjoy the gym.

Substandard environment, management, and communication.

I got a family membership. And after a few months of having it, we decided the gym wasn't for us. There are almost always 1-2 workout machines broken. There is not a very good variety and honestly doesn't feel clean or well-kept. Now why the one-star? Because after contacting them TWO different ways. By using their website and by texting them directly. ( They reached out to me by text originally for the membership ) I got no response for almost a month. (And they looked at the text I could see) Reached out AGAIN because they charged me after I requested to cancel the membership. They finally answered back, got some things figured out. I dropped off the key cards. Said they would refund me but haven't. I messaged them saying I left the key cards. Looked at the message. But didnt answer me. That was about $40. Do you know how many cheesy breadsticks I could buy from kwik trip with $40? The place will get the job done, but its honestly not worth a struggle. Thank you :)

I really like this no frills place. It has a large free weight room, weight machines, and cardio machines, like a rowing machine, treadmills, elliptical and a stationary bike. It's quiet, never crowded. Parking is always easy and place is clean.
